This place was fantastic! Free parking with plenty of space, and the building is new, clean, and very comfortable. The room had a modern TV and even a Bluetooth speaker, which was a nice touch. There’s also a kitchen, so we could cook our own meals – super convenient.
Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the indoor pool. We didn’t try the water slide, but it looked like so much fun – perfect for kids!
If I ever visit Kelowna again, I’ll definitely stay here. Highly recommend!

GGastnutzerThe hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

GGastnutzerWe enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Kelowna. Staff were friendly, swimming pool and slide were great for our 9 year old, free breakfast was fantastic!
My only complaint would be that I booked a room with a king size bed saying it sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children), so I assumed there would be a pull out couch. There was only one king bed. So my toddler slept in her playpen that we brought along and my 9 year old had to sleep on the floor. I’m not really sure how one bed means you can sleep 4 people?
But we made it work and our stay was great besides that issue.

Alles war anders zurück in Saudi, sagte ich dem Empfänger, so dass ich vielleicht etwas Hilfe brauchen oder wenn sie mich durchleiten kann. Kein Bell Junge oder was ist akzeptiert, aber das brutale Verhalten eines der alten Mann war nicht, nur weil ich asiat.Want empfehlen Freunde und sie nicht einmal Bargeld akzeptieren

Our room and bedding had a bit of a stale smell, I asked to have the pillows swapped after the first night as I immediately noticed the “greasy” smell when I went to bed. Although they exchanged the pillows, the second set was no better so I sprayed them with some aromatherapy I happened to have on hand.
Overall nice hotel, front desk staff could be more friendly and professional, but not a big problem.

GGastnutzerWe had a wonderful stay! Very quiet location and we especially enjoyed the lower level room opening into the beautiful grassy courtyard area. A short walk to the pool and hot tub! And the breakfast was simply delightful. All the staff were friendly and we would like to commend the fine, professional and helpful staff at the front desk - always a smile that made the day bright! Thanks so much!

SSharonkyThe in-room air conditioner was excessively noisy, necessitating its disengagement and the subsequent opening of a window. It is difficult to envision the situation during a particularly hot summer evening. Additionally, several large trucks were parked and engaged in the unloading of goods each morning at 6:00 PM. Notably, one of these trucks was positioned directly beneath our room, which proved to be an extremely irritating occurrence. The infrastructure of the hotel, particularly considering its recent opening, appears to have been inadequately planned to accommodate guests.

GGuest UserDas war ein zweitägiges Abfahrt für mein Mann und ich. Große Lage, wir gingen überall. Der Deck war ein wenig schmutzig, aber es gibt Bauen, die um diese Lage gehen. Der Gepäckwagen dumpt die großen Bins um 5:30 Uhr ist so, wenn Sie eine frühe Aufwachen anrufen. Das Hotel selbst ist eine gute Wahl, Restaurants sind auch gut. Keine Pub mehr, aber sagt nicht das online. Alles in allen guten Aufenthalt.

GGastnutzerUnser Aufenthalt war im Allgemeinen okrein Zimmer und erwartete Serviceaber nichts besonders erinnerebar. Eine Frage stand: wir wurden gebeten, den Pool um 9:30 Uhr zu stoppen, weil wir erst um 10 Uhr erzählt wurden, es öffnet sich. Wir respektierten das, aber nur wenige Minuten später, ein anderer Gast verwendete den Pool um 9:37 Uhr, gefolgt von einer Familie mit zwei Kindern vor 10 auch.
Es fühlte sich uneinheitlich und ein wenig unfair. Eine klare und konsequent umgesetzte Politik hätte die Verwirrung und Frustration vermeiden können. Dieser kleine Vorfall hat uns mit gemischten Gefühlen über den Aufenthalt verlassen.
