Hotel Lilawati Grand

The Deluxe room was so small. Curtain Is so thin and cannot provide full Privacy. Rest the Room and Bathroom is clean. There was no bad small and no water problem. Good For one day stay.

well it was an average experience, the blankets were not washed up properly and the sockets are also hard to operate but leaving this two it was good according to the price.

Very nice and maintained. Staff are co operative. Need go through for some quality maintenance of bath equipment. Overall very nice place, thank u management team

This hotel is a complete disaster! I regret every second I spent here. From the moment I checked in, it was a nightmare. No intercom, meaning you have to physically go to the reception for even the smallest request. And guess what? The staff don't care at all! They are rude, unhelpful, and act like they're doing you a favor by just existing. They a TV as an amenity, but it's not even recharged! What kind of pathetic excuse for a hotel does that? When I asked about it, the staff just shrugged and ignored me. This place is a joke, and I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free. I urge everyone - DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! You will regret it. They don't deserve a single customer.

Neat and clean rooms. Fresh towels and bed sheets. Affordable price. Located at a prime location. Nice services. Overall a nice experience
