This was our first visit to sopanam,we stayed in room 502,the service was beyond any description,Mr.Sanjo the f n b manager gone outside the line to make us happy,he was always with us to meet our needs,sanjo has taken special care to my 3 year old kid,which really created a wow impression,Team members like Sanjo is really an asset to the hotel,he is a *** who really deserves a promotion,the food and rooms were great,thanks a lot sanjo and his team

We were really pleased with our stay at the Sterling Guruvayur. It is a very nice hotel, modern with all the facilities needed, and ideally situated for visiting Guruvayur Temple. The staff were very good, friendly and helpful. I must emphasize the hospitality offered to me and family by the Hotel General Manager, who made our booking, check-in and check-out effortless.

Being near to temple it was a very convenient stay. We opted for an early check in. However at the reception early check in was denied Travel-ling after a long journey we wanted to get fresh and have lunch. After speaking a while we got our check in early. Doubt is on early check in option we trusted and opted in case of emergency. Also from hotel reception counter we had a very bad experience from the manager sitting at the counter, there is no politeness to the customers. Being a regular travel persons and stayed in several star hotels even such a guy we never seen. Good behaviour to customer to be maintained. Other cleaning staffs securities provided a very good services. Food was average only and mosquitoes at room was difficult n d stay.

We have been staying often in this hotel during temple visit ,I consider this as one of top three hotels in Guruvayur,staff response is excellent ,food is class and authentic,room service exceptional and not to forget to have coffee from bean mug,Both the Chefs needs a word of appreciation and especially Shri Dinesh For the Italian delights and spring rolls……wow

27 the January 2022 marriage party of my son checked in the hotel taking more than a dozen rooms and next day the wedding was held in the beautifully decorated banquet hall in the first floor of the hotel. Everything what we required, food, decorations, all things for traditional wedding including nadaswaram were arranged to our full satisfaction by the highly commendable staff of the hotel. Personalised service and attention that all of us received was great. Particularly Ms Jayasree with ever smiling face and an eye for even smallest matters ensures the guests are happy.
