A Memorable Stay at The Westin Sohna – Royal Pool Villa We recently stayed for two nights at the Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, choosing the Royal Pool Villa for a relaxing getaway. While the stay was overall delightful, there are a few observations worth sharing — both highlights and areas for improvement. Let’s start with the positives, which were many: The dining experience was truly the highlight of our stay. Every meal at Red Bricks restaurant was exceptional — not just in taste but in the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Special thanks to Executive Chef Pradeep, ***** with Amit, Saurabh, Gaurav, Dinesh, Chirag, Himanshu, Ujjval, Ranjana, and Mercy. Their hospitality, genuine enthusiasm, and personalized service created a memorable experience that set a benchmark for resort dining. From custom touches to engaging conversations, their attitude compensated for every other shortfall during the stay. However, a few areas of improvement did stand out: Bathroom design in the villa felt slightly dated and not quite aligned with the premium nature of the Royal Pool Villa. Staff availability in the gym and recreational zones was inconsistent, making it difficult to get assistance or use facilities smoothly. We experienced a few technical glitches with the Marriott Bonvoy app, especially related to check-in and service requests, which delayed responses on a few occasions. That said, the exemplary service and effort by the restaurant team did a lot to offset these inconveniences and left us with warm, positive memories. In summary, while there are small gaps that can be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience, the people and food at Westin Sohna truly shine. We’d be happy to return — and sincerely hope to see the same amazing dining team again.

I just want to mention here MS ANITA AND SURAJ THEY BOTH ARE VERY COOPERATIVE IN RESTURANT AND MAKE MY EXPERIENCE GOOD i will visit again because of her they both are very nice

Delhi to Gurgaon stays have always felt a bit pricey and ordinary to me — but Westin Sohna, you proved me completely wrong! From the moment we arrived, it felt like home wrapped in luxury. A special shoutout to Runjhana ma’am, whose beautiful smile and warmth made every guest feel like family. Chef Pratap deserves all the appreciation for personally ensuring everyone enjoyed their meals — his passion for food and hospitality truly shows in every bite. And Rakesh, the animal caretaker, was an absolute delight — the way he shared stories and details about each animal made us all fall in love with them even more! 🐴🐒🐕 From countless activities to serene surroundings, scrumptious food, and staff who make you feel genuinely cared for — this stay was a perfect mix of peace and fun. Westin Sohna, you’ve redefined what a weekend escape should feel like — heartfelt, happy, and homely. 🌸✨ Thanks for making my kids birthday super special

Worst Experience with Mr Krishna Westin Management this review is for you, Shameful act of this person , whom i had requested for the cart where 3 carts were empty , I requested him for more than 50 times , i just need it for 5 min as i had to reach the room which i had already checked out 5 min prior to just get back at the room to collect my charger which I forgot and realised within 10 minutes of handing over the keycards to reception I politely asked to which manager lady politely obliged sending someone with me to get the charger back But to my utter disappointment cart driver were ignoring the person who was send with and abused him , that is when I intervened and said he is requesting on my behalf as i have just checked out and forgot my charger in the room it would just take 5 min to get it back , 3 carts empty just idle Even after requesting this *** ignored first and then starting they are not available for anyone, first disrespect their own colleagues and then starting arguing this not for you. The Westin Sohna this was extremely disappointing to have been treated like , the worst experience ever

My wife and I stayed overnight in the Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, to celebrate my birthday. The resort is beautifully designed with cottages that are not only luxurious but also offer a lot of privacy and space amidst sprawling grounds that look like a manicured forest. The rustling of leaves and birds chirping takes you far away from the stresses of the urban world. The cottage itself was very comfortable and elegantly furnished. The dining hall in the resort is tastefully designed with a view of the lush greenery just outside. Our Spa experience was fabulous. We emerged totally refreshed and relaxed. The service here is immaculate from the word go. Right from a speedy checkin, excellent personalised service in the restaurant, prompt buggy service, to the smooth checkout, the service is simply superlative. In particular I would like to mention Ranjana, Anita and Ankit from the Food and Beverage department, Sikandar the F&B manager for the excellent personalised service and attention to details. I would also like to mention Saurabh the Sous Chef, Chef Prabhat and Chef Lawrence for their culinary excellence. Will definitely visit this resort again.
