The Place Gurugram, a Member of Radisson Individuals

this is the world's worst hotel, the service is pathetic and staff is very bad and have a lot of attitude. they does lot of partiality. i respect food, but the taste is very bad and they don't have lot of options. no handwash, no hot water, no water bottle, no room service

Below average serving etiquette, I ordered for a biryani ,1st instance: instead of serving it in a seperate dish, the waiter serves it in a dinner plate directly to eat, 2nd instance: whole eating my bfast , I went to take breadtoast with still food in my plate,the same waiter clears off my plate without even asking me. Seriously Radisson has to train these waiters again ,before rehiring.

Stay was good. Breakfast was good but there are not many option to explore. Staff behaviour was good.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is perfect. Bfast options are limited. Room service is good

It’s good, better part is, complimentary high tea. This is really mood fresher, and basic amenities like shaving kit is all ready provided. Normally given by on demand

The moment you enter the property, you get that amazing calming feeling instantly making you comfortable. Our check in process was seamless and quick. The rooms are big and the most important thing, they are extremely clean and tidy. You won't even find a single bit of dust anywhere. Even the washrooms shine with cleanliness. Our package included High Tea, Dinner and Breakfast. Since the occupancy was low, we got the option to order Ala Carte for dinner. We ordered our favourite dishes, from which Chef Vasudev Rawat Ji's Kashmiri Pulao and Saag Wala Paneer were pit of this world. I mean I have never tried anything like it before. The pulo was so good that it did not anything to complement it. It is definitely a must try. The icing on the cake is that everything single menu item here is prepared fresh, you can literally feel it in every bite. That's why they have a small menu but every single item on it will be the best you can have in Gurgaon. Apart from all the amenities and food, it always comes down to the people, and The Place has amazing and kind staff. From Kasim Khan, our server to the Front Office Manager, Rahul. Everyone was really welcoming and right at your service for anything you require. Truly an amazing experience! Normally, it is the property that gains advantage by being a Member of Radisson Individuals, but I think Chef Rawat's Kitchen and the Staff's commitment to their work has turned the tables, uplifting Radisson's name in hospitality.

Air conditioner is not cooling a tall. This is not a first time this problem facing earlier also n told them to do that.

It was a great stay, the service was good, front facing rooms are great. Everything us upto the mark for a great hotel. Special mention to the food which was amazing.
