Last day was not good. Hot water was not coming. I was shifted to another room, where drawers were not getting closed.
Overall it was good, but it feels like they sometimes forget the basic things.

Extremely comfortable stay in budget. The room was spotless, and the service was prompt. While the food could be improved, it’s still a pleasant place to stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions like SS Plaza and Bani Squire and nirvana patio. Definitely recommend to people. Was there for a family function in nirvana patio which went really well due to the amazing stay here all staffs are very polite what ever i needed be it a dryer or iron they provided me in no time will definitely visit again and again

The Hotel ambience is too good as expected. The restaurant menu is also worthy according to the food they serve. The people who recieve us here are so polite and we felt so free to communicate with each other. Overall it was the best experience ever. Especially, Pradeep who is the service provider over the hotel is the best person we saw as he gave many services like providing water bottles, solving some technical issues on tv and the way he welcomed us to the hotel so politely is so good about him. Also the the people who are belongs to cleaning services are also so good, They maintenance over the rooms are clean and neat. They also provided everything in washrooms like body washes, shampoo, hand wash , body lotion and so on....They also provided a gym. The terrace was so beautiful with many plants and the ambience was so good. We also have some books to read over. Over all It was the best experience for us with the best ambience, good food and security.

I recently stayed at this hotel and can say it undoubtedly comes with a perfect package. Right from check-in, everything functioned very smoothly. Specially the staff and service is unparalleled and everyone's so hospitable. I really appreciate the helping hand provided by a staff member, Rajesh. The rooms are well-maintained, spacious, ventilated and clean. Room service is excellent and do their best. The food is fresh and has authentic taste. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an unmatched quality of stay and value for money.

If you come to this hotel stay , you’ll be treated with most warm and personal touch. Deepak at the reception is the sweetest, not to forget the amazing cleaning staff, they clean the room everyday and even wash used utensils. It’s at a prime location , It not only felt safe but also felt like home.
