While on our road trip, we initially aimed to find accommodation in Vijayawada. However, faced with unavailability, we pivoted to Guntur and stumbled upon Welcomehotel Guntur. Booking our stay through the ITC website was a seamless process. Upon check-in, we were pleased to find that the process was efficient, and our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We decided to dine at the hotel as well, and we were thoroughly impressed by the excellent quality of the food, which we enjoyed immensely. However, a minor hiccup occurred when we were asked to pay again for our meal, despite having already settled the bill during the booking process. It took the staff about 10 minutes to rectify the error and confirm that we had indeed prepaid. The breakfast experience the following morning was slightly disappointing in terms of service, with several of our orders missing. This left us somewhat disheartened, and we began to question our decision to book at Welcomehotels. To our pleasant surprise, we received a feedback request email, and I took the opportunity to express our experiences in detail. While my expectations for feedback responses are typically low, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the Food & Beverage ***ager, Mr. Uday Prakash. Mr. Prakash assured us that our concerns would be addressed, and true to his word, our subsequent dinner experience at Peshawri exceeded all expectations. The food was exceptional, and the service was truly top-notch. The Dal Bukhara, in particular, evoked fond memories of similar culinary experiences at the esteemed ITC Maratha. The following morning, our breakfast experience was also excellent, showcasing a marked improvement in service quality. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's proactive approach to soliciting feedback and their commitment to enhancing the overall customer experience. Both Mr. Rajesh Nath and Mr. Uday Prakash deserve commendation for their positive response to our feedback and their diligent efforts to turn around our service experience. Our stay at Welcomehotel Guntur was thoroughly enjoyable, and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Property is located at the good location and the ambiance is very good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast spread and the quality of food. Service was very good by the staff. Special mention to Shima, Sandhya, Susanth at the restaurant and nice check-in experience with Srinija at the front office. Overall Nice experience. Value for money.

Das Goutham Grand war eine angenehme Erfahrung! Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Essen im Hotel war ausgezeichnet, und vor allem das Personal war so an unsere große Gruppe angekommen! Würde das Def nächstes Jahr wieder hier kommen.

Ich habe auch als Exekutivdirektor, Corporate Chef gaa und General ***ager in ***y Hotels gearbeitet. Ich habe für meine offizielle Arbeit im Captain Hotel in Guntur geblieben. Ich bin sehr glücklich. Gute Qualitätsausstattung sind auch im Zimmer geliefert. Das Hotel ist in guter Hygiene. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten alle mit guten Kommunikationen. Genau das, was der Gast möchte Service ist ohne Verwirrung angeboten werden. Zimmer, Vorsitz, Service ist gut. Ein hervorragender Ort für spezielle Lebensmittel. Das Essen ist wirklich süß. Wir haben dieses Hotel während des Zulassungsprozesses unseres Neffen an der VIT-AP University gewählt und unsere Buchung auf agoda gemacht. Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit sehr guten Einrichtungen, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut mit ausgezeichneter Aussicht auf die NH (Chennai-Kolkata). Unser Einchecken war schnell und der gesamte Aufenthalt war komfortabel. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich, polit und sind bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu besuchen. Restaurant Atmosphäre war ausgezeichnet und Essen war sehr schmeckt. Service im Restaurant war sehr gut. Ein großer Parkplatz ist verfügbar. Insgesamt ist ein großes Hotel, ein hervorragender Aufenthalt und 100% empfohlen. Wenn sie nur wenige kleine Fragen behandeln können, kann dieser Aufenthalt sicher mit 5-Star Rating in komfortablem Aufenthalt bewertet werden.
