sir/madam,
we checked in during the night at 10 pm and left for a talk in a medical college at 8.30am, spent about 11 hours in total. they did not send a boy to leave the luggage in the room. we had to go, the key was not working so i changed the card twice, still the hotel staff did not come up to help us. then, a technician came and chaged the cell in the doorlock. the reception people were rude and not helpful. in the next morning, 10 minutes before, i called twice to check the room so that checkout would be faster. they did not come even after calling twice and waited 5 minutes. they made made us wait to get breakfast bill and room checkup. when we want to checkout, the reception person has been on the phone for a long time and does not have a curtacy to say sorry for waiting, and i will attend to you in a minute. we waited 4- 5 minutes. overall, we had unpleasant time while checking in, breakfast, and checkout times. basically, there were attitude problems at every step. thanks & regards, dr.k. ramai
