Sandy Heaven Maldives

Sandy Heaven is an absolute gem! As a solo traveler, I felt right at home in this clean, laid-back haven. The staff treated me like family, and the small, intimate atmosphere made my stay truly special. They even arranged my ferry transfer and carried my luggage, which made everything so seamless. The snorkel tour was a highlight—coming from a place with stunning beaches, it’s hard to impress me, but this was absolutely fantastic! Plus, you're just steps away from Bikini Beach, which adds to the charm. The local vibe on this tiny island is something I fell in love with. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing getaway!

Beautiful!!!This place goes above and beyond. They helped arrange airport transfer, met us at local pier, carried our luggage and decorated our beds multiple times throughout our stay. They provided a home cooked packed chicken n rice lunch for our day trip which was fabulous and we had fresh coconut meat to snack on between stops . we really felt very cared for. Ali in particular was very friendly and a lil gem to have met. There’s a great snorkle spot between bikini and public beach not to be missed. Abit further out 300m or so around the rocky island bit are many reef sharks which you can swim to or hire jet ski to. The beach had free sunbeds, shades and inflatables when we visited. The island itself was quiet with no more than 4 couples at a time on the beach(we went July time and weather was perfect). We loved so much that we extended our stay here.

Absolutely delighted with my 2-night stay at Sandy Heaven Maldives! The spacious room with a balcony provided all the essentials, and the attention to detail in the decor was remarkable. Situated just a minute away from Gulhi Beach, the location couldn't have been more perfect. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and assistance. Highlight of my stay was the unforgettable fish tank tour, swimming alongside a variety of fish and even some stingrays. I really recommend it!

Thaathi is so kindly person, you can make easy agreement about trip. We were on SandBank and he make perfect videos and pictures with drone and mobile phone for my mum and me. He made a perfect memory for my mum and me on Maldives! I definitely recommend!

In the last week of March 2023 My husband, a friend and I visited the island Gulhi in the Maldives and during that week we stayed at Sandy Heaven. After booking we had some questions regarding transfer from Male Airport – all of our mails to Sandy Heaven were replied very quickly and the staff arranged an easy transfer to Gulhi. My husband and I had booked a room with a terrace – it came with a little extra cost, but it was certainly worth the extra price. The room was kept clean and tidy during our stay and drinking water and an electrical kettle and instant coffee was available on the room. Breakfast was included in our price and it was good and plenty  Some construction is going on around the hotel, but it was not disturbing to us as we were scuba diving most days during our stay. We had a beautiful and relaxing time here, the atmosphere was great and staff were so polite, helpful and attentive and always ready to give good advice on things to do around the island. The staff had noticed that we were scuba diving so last night before our travel back to Denmark one of the staff had cut out shapes of sharks, rays and scuba divers from leaves and covered our bed with them. He also had painted a (very nice) little picture of two divers which we got to keep and bring with us home – thanks 

I did not expect to receive so much care here. Every day was magical. I owe everything Thaathi. Thanks to him, I got to know the Maldives from the local side. I highly recommend, Ghoul is a wonderful island with wonderful, nice people, Sandy Heaven will meet all expectations. I strongly recommend tours, a wide choice, all options encouraging and I especially strongly recommend Thaathi, wonderful man, wonderful guide, the best artist, he will make every trip more colorful and provide an unforgettable experience !!!

Thaathi and his fiends are the best tourguides ever! They showed us Turtles, Mantas, Dolohins, Coral reefs, Stingrays, lots of fish and even sharks.
