Das Zimmer war sehr grainig mit Sand, aber das ist als Strandhotel zu erwarten. Haushalte war hervorragend, um die beantragten Blätter, Handtücher und Toilettenpapier in zeitnaher Weise zu liefern. Ein Unannehmlichkeit, die es wert ist zu erwähnen, ist, dass sie nur ein leicht zugängliches Plug in der Nähe von Geräten, so dass wir nicht die Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Fernsehverbindungen auf einmal haben konnten, Allerdings war das kein Problem in anderen Trip-Goers Zimmer, so vielleicht ist das nur ein einziges Zimmer Problem. Great stay! We had a room with a kitchenette and two queen beds. The room was spacious, and everything was clean. There was a full sized fridge and a 4-burner stovetop. The beds were so comfy! The room was a little bit older, but everything was functional and served it’s purpose. The property was quiet and family oriented. The only semi-complaint was that the pools were freezing. Obviously, most of that was due to it not being super hot yet, but even the hot tubs weren’t very warm. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the indoor pool because that one was like ice. But again, if the weather would’ve been warmer, it probably wouldn’t have been so cold. Would definitely stay here again!

Die A/C war eine Wandeinheit, die an der Einheit selbst kontrolliert wurde, anstatt von der Thermostat an anderer Stelle im Zimmer. When we went to check in the told me room wasn’t ready so we decided to go do some things with kids and I called clerk and told them it would be later before we come back and checked in he said that was fine. Well we got back at 11:00 pm and he gave us our room when we went in I couldn’t believe what I saw. Beds were *****ped with all dirty linen laying in floor and on couch . Clean linens laying on counter , garbage cans over flowing with garbage, garbage all over floors and in sinks and table room hadn’t been touched. When we told clerk he said he didn’t have any other rooms the. He said he could do a room with a king bed there was 6 of us then he said he could do a room with 2 queen again there was 6 of us I told him that wasn’t big enough for us that’s why I reserved the room I did. So I asked him could he do two rooms and he said no so my kids were fussy cause they was so tired I told him if he give us sheets we would make beds up and clean room up and he said ok and offered to come help but when I requested a refund cause of what we had to go through they refused and said they will give me a refund of 46.00 but that’s it. Then they start calling me arguing with me telling me they offered to cancel the room with no penalties and I refused and that was a straight up lie. Never again will I stay here and I hope they get better housekeeping and breakfast was horrible they didn’t even have milk for the cereal.
