Die Hotelhardware ist in Ordnung, aber der Service wird dem 5-Sterne-Service nicht gerecht. TTam85What a wonderful experience! Definitely the best hotel service and personalised. Upon arrival we were offered a hotel tour due to its unique design and also our room was upgraded😀 Yiliya, was most generous with her time and also offered us some cocktail vouchers and access to view the current photography exhibit on the top floor of the hotel. The room included mini bar and delightful evening dessert. Morning breakfast was also very appropriate. On departure we were also provided some snacks for the trip back and a souvenir Maison Alvar sheep toy. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their hospitality definitely the best in china. Some special mention to Ada for helping us take some great photos too. Would love to visit again when in Guiyang.

WWendyhohoWe booked the executive room. The room is very huge. The view is perfect we seem the highest building in this area. The sunrise view is perfect too.
The toilet is very big with separate bath and shower place. I suggest put some bath salt and shampoo/ shower gel there.
Staffs are very friendly.
The lounge is very good too, with small portion of steaks, drinks, salad and desserts.
However, there’s no plugs in the toilet area, we have to go out to find plug for drying hair. It’s a bit inconvenient.

DDarriI stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed.
When I arrived the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, best of all, there was someone there that spoke English, which I think is very important.
The check-in process was seamless and easy to do. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly.
I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room.
The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this.
The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming.
We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\
Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious. Its inexpensive and I believe its worth the price.

Das Personal war sehr lächelnd und willkommen, und tat alles, was sie hilfreich sein konnten. Die schöne junge Dame auf dem Vordertisch sprach ein paar Englisch und hat mich sogar auf der Straße, wo man irgendwo zu essen findet! Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bett ist sehr komfortabel und die Dusche ist wunderschön! Es gibt ein Fitness- und Waschraum, wenn erforderlich. Das Frühstück wurde eingeschlossen und hatte einige westliche Optionen. Die Lage ist gut (nicht zu weit in einem Taxi vom Bahnhof) mit einer Vielzahl von Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ich würde nicht zögern, wieder zu bleiben, wenn ich in Guiyang bin.

Steaming freshly cooked- noodles with different toppings, fried rice, steamed rice, rice porridge, various dishes, fruit juices, hot beverages, fruits, desserts, on-the-go breakfast snacks, etc. The manager personally managed the breakfast spread, making sure the food and drinks were replenished and invited guests to try the breakfast noodle.

My train was delayed due to weather conditions. Instead of arriving at 22:11, I arrived at Guiyang North Railway station at almost 23:00, the manager promptly replied to my messages to see to it that I correctly followed the directions to the hotel since I don't speak Chinese and it was already late at night. He assured me that the staff was expecting me and the room had been prepared and reserved for me. They upgraded me to a bigger room + complimentary breakfast! ❤️
- The staff and the manager helped me book a taxi to the airport. It was raining when I left for the airport and they provided a service umbrella and instructed the driver to drop me at T2 on my behalf since I am a foreigner and I don't speak Chinese!

MMee LianHighly recommend this hotel for the staff excellent service especially the front desk lady named 同心 who goes beyond her duty to help me despite her ”off-day” and she provided good advice for my travel around the city. She also helped me to arrange for a day trip to 百里杜鹃 and even helped me to get refund for my taxi from the travel agent. The pick-up and fetch limousine service to and from the 贵阳北站 is fast and convenient and the driver is very handsome and nice. I will definitely stay here again if I come to Guiyang again.

GGastnutzerGib dem Fahrer zuerst einen Kommentar, der Service ist sehr gut, der Hoteltransferservice ist von 8 bis 21 Uhr und ich muss eine Vorabbuchung machen, weil ich nicht vorab vorbehalten habe, um mich selbst zu suchen, um die Tasche zu halten, es ist sehr unkomfortabel, dass der neue Laden nicht den falschen Ort finden, wenn ich nach Hause gehe.
Darüber hinaus sind die Hoteleinrichtungen völlig neu und haben intelligente Kontrolle, die Trockenheit ist getrennt, aber während der Badewanne fließt das Wasser ständig in die Badewanne, was ein bisschen unbehaglich 😂 verursacht. Insgesamt ist der Hotelservice sehr gut und es wird empfohlen, zu bleiben.

GGastnutzerDa Wawa in der Nähe eine Prüfung ablegte, haben wir uns ein ruhiges Zimmer auf der oberen Etage besorgt. Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut und die nahegelegenen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr praktisch. Unten gibt es eine U-Bahn-Station. Die Umgebung ist wirklich gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr begeistert. Ich werde warten, bis Wawa die College-Aufnahmeprüfung ablegt. Ich bin wieder hier geblieben.

SScarletTheWanderer🏨 Situated 30 mins from the airport this is a little gem located right in the heart of Huaxi Shilihe Beach National Urban Wetland Park. 马娟 the manager was so nice and went out of her way to make me feel welcome.
I was upgraded to a suite which was spacious, had a lovely bath and the bed and sheets were luxurious. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn’t working so it was very hot in my room but the manager found me a fan right away which was perfect and I had a nice nights sleep. The hotel lobby and stairway could be a little more clean but the views were nice from the common balcony area.
🤩 马娟 showed me where I could rent a bike to explore the wetland park and made delicious recommendations on where I could get the local noodles that were soooo tasty I went back twice! 🥘 The restaurants nearby serve a lot of BBQ and many other places have KTV but it didn’t go on throughout the night. There is a little construction across the valley during the day as it seems someone is building a big resort but inside the room it was very quiet. It’s a 3 mins walk from the river and if you walk about 5 mins away from the little town it’s quiet and peaceful by the river.
