The service from the front desk staff. On the day I checked in, my luggage's wheel fell off. I informed the front desk staff about the problem. After that, the hotel's technician came to fix the luggage. Contacting for travel information was also responded enthusiastically. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in a location surrounded by restaurants. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel. The room is good. On the day I checked out, it was raining. The front desk staff helped call a taxi and helped drag my luggage to the car. I took a photo of my name because he was the one who helped me since the day I checked in.

We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. She even gave us a lift to the airport. I’m glad we experienced Guiyang people’s hospitality and made a friend there. Thank you 月白 for everything and we hope to see u in Singapore soon!

Die Lage des Korridors ist mit einem Getränkenwasser gespeichert und der Gäste können sehr gut trinken, weil ich sehr viel Wasser trinke. Und das Hotel hat eine eigene Waschmaschine. Neben der Bequemlichkeit der Lage ist die eigene Waschmaschine auch eine unserer wichtigen Wahlen. Die Waschmaschine ist sehr bequem auf der Reise.

This is a modern hotel with great location. Excellent customer service, great environment on public areas, great facilities, very clean. The hotel use delivery robot to deliver customers’ goods so no one can easy enter into the customer’s stay areas but only customers and staffers. Highly recommended!

We booked this hotel as a last-minute Chistmas Eve getaway. At a total cost of 840 rmb, it was a bit of a splurge. It was totally worth it. Let's start with the bathtub. I am 6'4” (193 cm), 150kg, and I love a good bath. This bathtub is a small pool. You can see in the photo that I was stretched out with room to spare. Then there is the view, I love Guiyang at night, and it looked so cool with the fog and the lights. The sitting area by the windows was so pleasant with a couple glasses of wine (provided with the room) . Honestly, you can find the rest of the room amenities in other hotels, but you are hard pressed to find a view or a tub like this anywhere. I also found the service to be extremely helpful. My Chinese is poor, so the hostess who checked us in created a wechat group so that I could translate things and make any requests of the front desk staff. They were very responsive and helpful. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I will most likely book this room every couple of months as a mini vacation for the wife and I.

I really liked this hotel! First of all, I was so grateful that, even though I arrived a little before noon, the hotel managers allowed me to check in early with no extra charge. And I found them helpful and efficient and friendly (always greeting me when I returned each day). The room itself was a pleasant change from what I'm used to. First of all, my room had no window. But I didn't even get bothered by that because the room itself has such a warm feeling. The floor is a dark wood that makes the whole room feel a sense of integrity. The decorations in the room also give a sense of old world elegance. For example, they put a 1940s style phone in the room (which is very clearly modern since it uses digital buttons instead of the rotary system) just to keep up with the entire theme of the hotel as a place stuck beautifully in time. The shower in the room was excellent; it even had a bench built into the wall that I suppose you could sit on. The shower had good pressure and a full supply of hot water. The room was a bit hot for me, but I suppose I could have called the front desk and they would have helped me adjust the settings; it wasn't too hot that I was uncomfortable. Actually, at that time of the year when Guizhou is so cold and damp, other hotels I had stayed at previously in Guizhou had the problem of being irreparably cold, so perhaps I should be grateful for this point. I like the fact that the hotel has breakfast. I intended to try the breakfast but I got food poisoning from some street food the night before and didn't feel like eating anything the entire next day, so unfortunately I didn't get to try it... but it really looked good! They also seem to have a late evening dinner option, but I didn't try that either (I should have!). The location is also excellent. I took a cab from this hotel to the history museum, Qianling Mountain Park, and the airport, and all were quick and cheap rides. Obviously a visit to Qingyan Ancient Town is going to be an expensive ride wherever you are coming from unless you're staying in Qingyan itself. Anyways, this hotel is also within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Just go out the door and turn left and within a few blocks you'll be in a food area with professional restaurants and street food. I, regrettably, was determined to visit Guiyang's famous ErQi Food street, so I kept walking. From the hotel to ErQi food street, it took me about 45 minutes to walk. Not bad! As it turns out, something I ate there didn't agree with my digestive system, so I should have just eaten at the many great restaurants near the hotel. But the point I'm making is that the ErQi Food street ”on the other side of town” was only about 40 minutes by walking. I could also walk to Yan'an Lu and other such streets or to Jiaxiu Tower (I walked right by it... only about 20 minutes from the hotel by walking). That shows what a fantastic location this hotel offers!

It was a good experience overall. The hotel location is very convenient. It is very easy to be reached by taking underground trains. The room is clean albeit not a very big room. The staff at the reception are friendly. The breakfast qualify and variety are quite good. I heard that the room price that I paid is rather experience this time around. However, given it is early July, the start of the peak season, I guess this is acceptable. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Die Umgebung ist wirklich gut, es liegt ganz in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Verkehrsanbindung ist bequem, der Busbahnhof ist auch ganz in der Nähe, vor allem Restaurants, Supermärkte, Einkaufszentren und Obstläden sind in der Nähe, alles ist sehr praktisch. Das Einkaufszentrum Nanguo Huajin ist zu Fuß etwa zehn Minuten entfernt. Es ist jedenfalls nicht weit entfernt und sehr praktisch. Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt. Die Changwang-Nudeln an der Tür schmecken auch sehr gut👍👍👍
