Ich war auf einer Geschäftsreise in einem Business-Hotel in Guiyang. Die Dame an der Rezeption, Real, war sehr begeistert, mir zu helfen, meine Zimmerkategorie kostenlos zu aktualisieren, und gab mir ein Frühstück. Ich werde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wählen.

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

First of all，much better service than other same level hotels in Guiyang. Great experience no matter from breakfast quality to front desk， management team had done a great job. btw location wise its really close to the new MIXC which is really convenient ！ Also a popular local snack street near by.

As a business traveler I am no stranger to this hotel as it is conveniently located near many restaurants and places of my interest. This hotel is also linked to a shopping mall and food street with many delicious foods. The reception staff, concierge and bell boys are friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze. I stayed in room 2320 on the 23rd floor and Madam Ho (何) @ ROCK the housekeeping lady is definitely a great credit to this hotel as she is very helpful, understanding, accommodating, cheerful, always smiling and very professional in her work. This hotel needs more people like her. I will absolutely stay here again in my next business trip, especially on the 23rd floor

Staff are very nice and very helpful. Gym is good, a lot of machines. Location is alright, close to the main train station, not at the most popular area but Guiyang is not big so fairly easy to take taxi and go to go around. The hotel has to be refurbished, the room and toilet have to be updated urgently. The AC system is so old and dirty, so smelly when it is on! Full of smell of old cigarette which is disgusting. The shower drainage is so bad and it was like a pond only after using for 1 minute!

Great location and amenities. The room is clean and spacious.Really enjoyed the afternoon high tea as part of the package. We in fact extended our stay here utilising day tours recommended by a very helpful front deck staff Rebecca. Excellent service by her and made our stays in Guizhou so much enjoyable.

Comfortable hotel room and friendly staff. The buffet could probably have a little more variety. The location is convenient it's central and easy from the airport.

Clean and convenient for me

My friend and I stayed here for one night. Whilst there was nothing wrong with the hotel and we enjoyed our stay, I did feel the place is a little dated. The room was clean and comfortable, it had floor to ceiling windows that made the room very light and offered a nice view over Guiyang. The bathroom was really large and the TV in the bath was a nice touch. It was just small things that ‘missed the mark’ like mouldy sealant and tarnished chrome around the basin, they’re not a big deal, just not something I expect in a five star hotel. Overall our stay was good though and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
