Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Und ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist das überaus freundliche und hilfreiche Hotelpersonal. Wir danken ganz besonders Steve. "Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Service, aber Schwächen bei der Buchung von Sehenswürdigkeiten Das Hotel überzeugt mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal sowie einer perfekten Lage für Erkundungen. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber komfortabel. Negativ fiel die Organisation der Buchung von Sehenswürdigkeiten ins Gewicht: Die empfohlene Flussfahrt war chaotisch, schlecht organisiert und mit unangemessenen Zahlungsaufforderungen lieb in der Nacht verbunden. Da die Buchung dadurch nicht klappte, verlor ich einen Tag. Eine Buchung über nahegelegene Reisebüros wäre die bessere Wahl (sie sind zahlreich vorhanden). Sauberkeit war verbesserungswürdig – es war staubig, und verglaste Flächen wurden nicht gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal half auf Anfrage, aber dies sollte nicht die Aufgabe des Gastes sein. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln, die sich mit etwas Eigeninitiative umgehen lassen. Ich würde wiederkommen, aber vorher das Zimmer prüfen und die Reinigung gezielt ansprechen."

"Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt. Ohne Patrick wäre aber viel schief gelaufen. Er hat uns immer auf English geholfen und unterstützt. In chinesischen Hotels braucht es mehr solche Leute.Das einzige Manko war das hoteleigene Reisebüro, welches uns einen Fahrer vermittelt hat, welcher uns beleidigte."
