Ich war in den letzten Jahren etwa 6 Mal in diesem Hotel. Ich habe auch schon in anderen Hotels in dieser Gegend übernachtet, aber dieses ist ohne Zweifel das Beste. Dafür gibt es viele Gründe, einer davon ist der hervorragende persönliche Service aller Mitarbeiter, wie Luisa (der Geschäftsführerin), Susannah, Ricardo, Juan und allen anderen. Sogar die Dame, die für das Frühstück verantwortlich war, war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte einen tollen Charakter. Die Zimmer haben einen guten Standard und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, wenn etwas Besonderes benötigt wird. Es hat eine großartige Lage in der Nähe des Strandes. Es ist ein Hotel für über 16-Jährige, was möglicherweise einer der Gründe dafür ist, dass es ruhiger ist. Außerdem verfügt es nur über etwa 30 Zimmer, was die persönliche Note noch verstärkt. Das Hotel und der Poolbereich sind sehr schön und entspannend, mit der Bar und dem Essen in der Nähe des Pools und der Gärten. Oft werden zusätzliche Leckereien serviert, während Sie am Pool liegen. Es verfügt auch über ein voll ausgestattetes Spa. Sehr zu empfehlen und ich freue mich darauf, wiederzukommen.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub war nötig. Und genau das hatten wir. Gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, mit der Wahl zwischen Hotelpool oder Spa/Freizeiteinrichtungen oder einem 200 Meter langen Spaziergang zum Strand

Großartige Lage, das Hotel ist aufgrund seines Preises von hervorragender Qualität. Sehr sauber mit aufmerksamem Personal. Der örtliche Strand ist einer der besten, den Sie in ganz Europa finden werden. Hochwertiges Restaurant im Hotel und viele lokale Optionen.

This hotel is fantastic, we stayed here for 12 nights in room 303. Upon our arrival at the hotel we were greeted by Luisia Santos ( the hotel manager). She explained all aspects of the hotel to us and made us feel very welcome. The room was really nice, spotlessly clean and we had a nice pool view. We noticed straight away how peaceful the hotel was which suited us as our nightclubbing days are long gone. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice and both times the meals were of outstanding quality and very reasonably priced. We would have eaten there more but we do like to try different restaurants when on holiday. Each and every member of staff was friendly, courteous and are obviously very good at what they do. We can’t remember how to spell his name but Vash… Was very informative, professional and obviously a key member of staff. My wife had an exceptional massage in the hotel spa. Now for the star of the show…LILLIANA She was great fun, great at her job and it was a pleasure to have met such a warm, lovely lady. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and we look forward to seeing her and everyone else again upon our return next spring

We stayed 3 wonderful nights (Nov. 27-29) at this beautiful hotel which is a 2 minute walk to the gorgeous beach. Our room had a perfect little balcony overlooking the meticulously maintained pool area. The spotlessly clean room was perfect for us. Hotel breakfast was delicious. It’s a quiet and relaxed location in a nice upscale residential neighbourhood with a couple of nice little restaurants just a few steps outside the door. Every member of the staff we encountered was knowledgeable professional, helpful and welcoming. They make you feel special. The hotel manager is superb and hands-on. She runs everything so well. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a week stay the last week in February, the hotel w By far exceeded our expectations from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Check in was easy and the room allocated to us was a pool view room on the 3rd floor with lovely sea views and a fantastic view for the sun setting at night. Beds roomy and comfortable. The hotel is so quiet that a good nights sleep was guaranteed. We were bed and breakfast and breakfast was the best, with everything you could want. Liliana was welcoming and a treasure that does the hotel proud. All the staff work extremely hard and appear very happy in their work. We did have dinner in the hotel a couple of times and the meals were fantastic, and good value. The local area has some great walks , either along the beach or rugged coastal walks- a must if your mobility is good as the views are superb and so peaceful. There is a boardwalk from Galé beach all the way to Amerco de Pera through the Salgados nature area , if you are a birdwatcher it’s great too. Looking forward to revisiting here , it’s a gem of a place. Thank you

Having travelled extensively, the Praia Gale Collection Hotel was by far the most sophisticated and peaceful ADULTS ONLY hotel we have stayed in. The food and staff were first class particularly Liliana who was a wonderful host at breakfast. The hotel was so peaceful, no evening entertainment, no music around the pool. Location was quiet but there were plenty of walks from the hotel particularly along the boardwalk. A perfect winter break. Thank-you to all the staff and also to Jet2 who once again were professional and attentive.

My Wife and I stayed here for seven nights as part of a Bed and Breakfast package holiday booked through Jet2. The hotel was first class and I have absolutely nothing generative to say about it. The only minus points were to do with Jet2 Holidays, which I will mention briefly at the end of the review. We arrived early evening and were checked in by Joao, who provided us with a welcome drink and hot refreshing towels, as he explained the facilities and layout of the hotel in a very professional manner. Our room was on the third (top) floor, which is only one floor above the reception. It was a very well laid out room, with a huge bed, flat screen TV with DVD player, large bathroom (with big bath tub) and a nice balcony overlooking the pool . There were plenty of plug points. a safe, robes with slipper and all the extras you would expect from an high end 4 star hotel. Housekeeping was excellent each day with regular towel refreshes and really thorough making up oof the room. The breakfast was also very good, it is laid out buffet style with hot items (including very nice omelettes) prepared to order. The breakfast operation all overseen by Liliana, who is a real character, she is also hard working and great fun. The selection of fruit, beards and pastries varied each day and we never had any complaints. The restaurant serves evening meals, with the same menu each night - they are good value and very nice - my wife particularly enjoyed the sea bass. We only ate in the restaurant twice, as there are lots of nearby options - even in the off season. The main thing that attracted us to this hotel was that it was out of the main tourist area and it said it catered for couple with no one under 16 allowed. This is absolutely correct. If you are looking for excitement, a lively nightlife and dancing in the hotel, then this place is NOT for you - if however, like us, you are looking for a peaceful getaway with nice pool, spa and a tennis court, then I would definitely recommend it 100%. The week passed very quickly, the beach is fantastic with strong waves suitable for surfers, there is a lovely board walk along the beach through a nature reserve that goes all the way down to Sao Rafael. An Uber to Albufeira Marina was less than €5 and to Vilamoura it was about €17. There is a very nice big supermarket at the back of the hotel only a five minute walk away and several restaurants within walking distance. Before I finish the review I will mention the Jet2 negatives, none of which are in the hotel's control, Firstly, the coach from the airport dropped us at the top of the road, some 350 metres from the hotel, in the dark with a vague wave in the direction of the hotel. We had to drag cases along the cobbled pavement (and the same coming back) - fortunately I had my phone, or we may have gone down the wrong road. Secondly there is NO representation in the hotel for Jet2 - we got a text to say that the rep doesn't visit the hotel, and
