"I can't say enough about what a wonderful stay we had here. I unfortunately broke my foot on day 2 of the trip, and the entire staff bent over backwards to help us get to the hospital, change rooms, extend our stay, etc. They provided what we needed at every turn, and I will be forever grateful. We ate dinner at the lodging every night, and it was wonderful -- so much easier than driving out to find a restaurant at night. Overall, just a lovely stay, and the entire staff went out of their way to treat us well. That's something you don't often find these days."

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist richtig. Andererseits müssen die Parteien erneuert werden. Das Frühstück kann besser sein, aber es bleibt im Standard."

"Just stayed here for 2 nights with my husband. We couldn't fault it at all. Lovely helpful reception staff. Adequate continental breakfasts and we ate once in the evening which was lovely. Staff very friendly and passionate about their home grown produce. Room (second floor) was great and everything we needed. Very clean and good house maid service. It was about 15 minutes walk to the centre of town which was fine. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Luckily I stayed at this property for just one night. They gave me a room with a very small bathroom, the minimum existential dimensions were certainly unknown, the room and bathroom were inaccessible for a person with some disability. Ignoble bed, with loose mattress and bed base. I made a mistake in not immediately asking for a room change and only reporting the inconvenience I had in the morning at reception where the employee present completely ignored the problems exposed. To this we add a truly "minimal" breakfast. Of this structure except the location very close to the center of Gubbio and nothing else. Experience not to be repeated. I hope that the other guests, who also wrote very positive reviews, were provided with a different service."
