Guter Service, gute Sauberkeit, Standard-Qualitätsessen, gute Behandlung, ausgezeichnete Unterhaltung, Annehmlichkeiten (Pool, Strand, Spielzimmer) alles gut.
Weisen Sie einfach darauf hin, dass in einigen Arbeitsschichten die Snackbestellungen der Gäste überschritten werden. Das Hotel bietet All-Inclusive an und wir finden es nicht fair, dass sie uns darauf beschränken wollen, was und wie viel wir essen möchten, insbesondere wann Wir bestellen im Moment angemessene Mengen.
Ansonsten alles gut.
Wir kamen, um meinen Geburtstag in Frieden und Harmonie zu feiern, und das Ziel wurde erreicht.

Dies ist der schönste Ort, an dem wir in Kuba übernachtet haben. Der Strand ist wunderschön und das Personal ist sehr engagiert und freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und auf dem neuesten Stand! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Mein Partner und ich haben eine unglaubliche Erfahrung gemacht. Die Einrichtungen sind so einladend, dass man sogar einen ganzen Monat hier bleiben möchte Wir wurden sehr gut behandelt. Das exquisite Essen. Wir werden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen

Dies war meine erste Reise nach Kuba und ich war etwas zurückhaltend, da mich alle vor dem "schrecklichen Essen" gewarnt hatten. Diese Leute waren eindeutig noch nie im Gran Muthu Almirante Beach Resort!! Die Auswahl an Speisen war großartig und schmackhaft. Ich bin zu verschiedenen Inseln und auf Kreuzfahrten gereist und das Essen in diesem Resort war gleich oder besser als in einigen der Orte, die ich besucht habe. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und höflich. Mein Zimmer war makellos. Dieses Resort verdient die 5-Sterne-Bewertung, die es erhalten hat. Ich würde dieses Hotel von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Ich werde in naher Zukunft für einen viel längeren Aufenthalt zurückkehren.
