首先我是訂了三晚合計900元的房間已經攜程網上付款了的，等我到達的時候突然跟我講加房主私人微信另外繳納1000元的按金費用，從來沒見過這麼高的按金的，不繳納按金根本不給密碼進門，大夏天的熱**在外面爆曬了一個小時，然後不想住了酒店説不能退款，不能退款！！！強買強賣，霸王按金還不讓退款？最後找攜程後台客服處理投訴了三個小時才退了兩天的錢，就是説我花了幾個小時啥都沒住還付了一天的房費！！！從下午三點一直處理到六點我住了這麼多酒店，這是最爛的一家了，旅遊的好興致全被弄沒了
