The hotel is located right within the exhibition area, which is incredibly convenient if you’re attending a fair or exhibition. You can literally wake up, head downstairs, and walk straight to the event. There are also subway stations, restaurants, shopping malls, and plenty of other amenities nearby. The location is absolutely excellent. The room does show some signs of age, and there were a few minor issues with cleanliness and some odors. However, none of these were a major problem for me, especially since I was here mainly for work. The room itself is actually very well equipped, with a washing machine, electric stove, oven, and refrigerator, which made the stay much more convenient. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and always willing to assist. Thank you so much for the great service!

Getting to the fair was convenient; there were convenience stores and restaurants in the underground walkway along the way to view the exhibits.

This hotel is exclusively facilities, good environment..

The staff was warm and welcoming, and we were so grateful when they kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out. Communication was well, with staff members who spoke English.

Amazing front desk service and attitude.(especially the front desk male who wear glasses has spectacular service!thank you sir for everything!)very quiet apartment+speechless view of pearl river +great location right near canton fair complex .anything I needed was supplied .in will recommend all of this place.there was a cosplay exhibition in the New Year’s Eve at the hotel which was so cute .thank you guys !!

Amazing Hotel Near the Canton Fair

I had an amazing stay at Xingyi International Apartment. The place has one of the best views, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The service was also very good and the staff were helpful. The location is perfect, especially if you’re visiting the Canton Fair — it’s less than a 5-minute walk, which is extremely convenient. There are also plenty of food options nearby, so you don’t have to worry about finding something to eat. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Could not use the wifi apartments at all. Tried scanning the QR code and other methods provided from trip.com but still could not access the wifi. Floor and walls were a bit unclean.

Fantastic location for carton fair com0lex

This is the best place to stay if you want affordable accommodation next to the Canton Fair.  The service is very good, the night manager in particular went beyond to help insure our stay was excellent. (Many thanks for the extra coffees) Realness: the building is old, and you better don’t look too close, but the bins were cleaned every day, fresh linen and beverages supplied. We’ll stay here again for each canton fair.

I do not recommend this place. The property was filthy, outdated, and crawling with cockroaches. We even discovered used underwear left behind by previous guests. We only lasted one night before checking out early.
