Beds were very large and comfortable, room was well designed and large space. Front desk was very polite and generally we enjoyed our stay. Will recommend if you are looking for a hotel near the Guangzhou East station as its walking distance from Gate 4.

Friendly staff who are warm and helpful. Good location with good food options. Easy to move around. Rooms were very clean, with good amenities. Meals provided were 😋. Would go back if I go Guangzhou again!

The hotel unless you are coming by train or frequently using the mtr to travel around in GZ then it is a plus location otherwise please do not take this hotel. The traffic jam is terrible. Beside the above the hotel itself was good. The room was big and clean. Staff services were good .They even provided us a room to rest in while waiting for our room to be ready. Nearby the hotel there is a big mall linked via the train station so getting food and shopping around is still convenient.

Location is perfect to travel by subway (exit B) with Popark shopping and restaurants. Hotel lobby locate at front of building but lift and breakfast restaurant are in the end of hall way. Room is big clean without smoking smell. Very quiet at night so sleep well. Will go back again. Thanks for all staffs.

The location is fantastic, right next to Guangzhou East Station. A lot of eatery place around it. However the room has a stain cigarette smell in the room even though I have booked a non smoking room.

Very good location, walking distance to Guangzhou Dong station (an integrated station Railway, Metro train, Bus Interchange). Hotel building part of hotel accommodation (level 4-13), level 15 onwards private apartments, and offices (separate lift lobby). Hotel provides breakfast, tea break (teabreak cakes, and flower tea)and a late night supper (noodle soup). Free use of laundry room and gym.

Upon check-in, a cup of hot tea and towel were served immediatley as I was drenched on my way to locate the hotel. A follow-up room call from the front desk to show concern and if any help is needed. Fruit platter was served everyday by different Sercive Manager. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the whole stay. Room is big and clean, TV is big too Very convenient to move around in Guangzhou as the train station is with minutes of walking distance. Highly recommended to stay in this Liz Hotel.

Probably the best value for money hotel one can ever find. Nice shower room nicely renovation. Staffs are unbelievably friendly and provide extremely good service especially that front desk manager Shirley (吴小姐）。Hotel even served a cup of warm milk to my room in evening. Daily 1 breakfast, 1 high tea and a supper are complimentary. Simply the best value for money hotel compared to QuanJi or JianGuo nearby. the only down sides are the pathetic lifts management systems, slow and always packed, and extremely dumbs where all the lifts will go to the same block of floors together. Also, there are no towel racks or hooks in room, else the rooms are the best rooms at this price point.

Liz hotel has certainly impressed us with their excellent service & attention to details. 1. Location is 5 stars as it is just opposite GZ east railway stn. The Po park shopping mall is linked to the stn & it has a good array of shops & restaurants. Easy to reach hotel via gate 4 exit & B1 B2 exit. 2. Room is big with windows & lots of amenities like body lotion, makeup cleanser etc. 3. Staff service is top notch from check in to check out. They wechat us with info & we can also wechat them if we need anything. They send us fruits & supper(dessert) for 2 nights. Would like to commend on staff manager Yueshan for her excellent service. The housekeeping staff is v helpful & even showed us to use their service lift when the passenger lifts were full. We would want to stay here again should we come to guangzhou. Good job, Liz hotel.

I loved the experience of this hotel.  Very good 11, it is worth everyone to experience, I this experience is very good, the front desk of the little sister are very beautiful, gentle.  It was a little late to get here, but if it was, the front desk would do me a free upgrade to make my experience better, and I went to the restaurant for a bowl of noodles.  I was really hungry when I came to stay at night.  I thought everything was fine.  Then the receptionist sister's service attitude is really good.  He warmly introduced me to some breakfast times and late night snack times in the hotel.  Then, because the hotel they were staying in was a complex, he was worried that I was taking the wrong elevator and repeatedly reminded me of their elevator location.  Really enthusiastic.  Then one of their hardware facilities can not be changed, but they are really serious to take care of customers, serious to do this service, they are really happy.  With this wonderful experience, the amenities in the room really blew my mind.  One of their amenities and equipment may be similar in appearance to other hotels, but what about their rooms?  We have facial cleanser and makeup remover.  Think about it.  If I go out by myself, I really don't want to bring these things, but all the hotels I stay in will provide them, which saves me a lot of trouble.  I thought it was great and the aroma in their lobby was really good and I really liked it and I really thought it would be good for everyone to try to stay in this hotel.  Even their midnight snack was delicious.  I eat a lot and then they also have laundry in the gym.  Even at night, I can do a little washing of my own clothes and hang them out to dry.  I went out directly the next day, that is, their whole environment, equipment is also very good, it is worth the price, I think it is quite a bargain.  The hotel is near the east.  11 I didn't know about it at first, but then I took a detour.  What about my sister? she told me on her own initiative, and then there was a gate 4 across the street from the hotel where I was staying. 11 it was convenient to go directly to the ticket gate of the East Station.
