Too noisy! The sounds like someone moving furniture came from the above floor after 12pm every single night. 2am, 4am you name it and really disrupted my sleep for 4 nights in a row. Thin wall you could hear people talking 2-3am in the morning. Seriously! Some people are just inconsiderate and disrespectful for other guests. Hotel staff are OK but not as friendly as other hotels. The idea of sending a wechat pleading to give them a 5 star review after not even 24hours staying there is absurd. I got asked 3 times to give them a 5 star review. If you are exceptionally good and service tip top, you dont need to beg customers for good feedback. Some of them were not willing to use translation app when i asked a question and rather responding in Mandarin assuming i understood what she was saying? Really?

Good stay experience. Free upgrade to a better room. Room is clean, just that can be abit noisy. Free amenities.

Good location. Good food around. Shopping heaven in walking distance. Taking a cab have to walk to the side of the road. During raining season will have issues with the luggage. Hotel dont provide weighting scale for luggage.

A strategic location with varieties of attractions nearby. The employee is also helpful and knowledgeable, able to solve the problem timely. Overall a good experience with this hotel. Will book again in the coming future.

The location of the hotel is in the middle of the centre of the Tianhe district, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, which is good enough for a quick business trip. Would consider again as a budget option in the area.

Location was good in the sense it’s just opposite a mall with a supermarket and there are 24h food options to the left of the hotel. Plenty of cat and dog cafes just behind the hotel which makes it a nice place to browse. Clean room, the only downside would be the lack of a mini fridge. Optional items such as makeup removers and alcohol wipes are available from the front desk. Front desk staff are amazing in helping me with my parcel delivery problems that I encountered. So kudos to them!
