Insail Hotels (Beijing Road Pedestrian Branch Guangzhou)

Overall the hotel is very good, location is not far from Beijing road. The breakfast is good and have variety of food. The hotel staff really very helpful.

Stayed 2 nights. Room assigned was without window! I complained the next day and reception argued that some smaller sized rooms are without windows and showed me her website. I showed her my booking with mention of city view and photo of room with window (city view) before she was convinced, and then reluctantly asked if I want to change Room within 2 hours' time (before they tidy up the room by 12pm). Since I wanted to go out already, and only 1 more night, I decided not to waste time changing Room. Overall, poor customer experience. Apart from that, location is good.

Hotel location is good. Within 8-10 minutes walking distance from Gongyuanqian metro. Check in and out is a breeze. Some drinks are provided at reception area. If you have friends visiting you, there is a seating area near reception.. Plenty of eateries around. Breakfast is ok. Reception staffs are nice.

Clean and spacious room. Only drawback is hotel located at place a little bit far from train station (about 11min walking distance) and also quiet area around hotel, not much shops n foods around but meituan delivery apps is convenient here so not a big deal. Overall satisfied with this hotel.

Pros: location was great, about 10-15 mins walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street for shopping. The popular Guangzhou Restaurant chain has a location in the building next door on the 5th floor. Hotel breakfast was decent, with a combination of Chinese and some western dishes. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Cons: the sink in the hotel room leaked water all over the floor so the hotel moved us to another room on the same floor. We stayed for 2 nights - someone rang our doorbell at around 11+pm the first night, and no one responded when we asked. On the second night, someone rang our doorbell about 3 times, around 11+pm, 12+am and 4/5am, which was disconcerting and a major disturbance when we were trying to sleep. We provided feedback to the hotel when we checked out, hopefully the hotel will enhance the hotel security.

When we first checked in, the toilet was clogged, but they quickly fixed it. The location is off main road, which is quiter and comfortable rather than staying noisy place. However it is walking distance to beijing road and the gongyuanqian station is quite big, where you could eat your dinner. The cleaning was not sufficient. I stayed 4 nights. And the first 3 days, housekeepers only changed towels and left bottled waters. And on the last day, they did not clean at all. I had to go to reception to collect bottled water. Breakfast has very few options, however laundry was useful. The reception did not speak english at all, but she manager to order us a cab to airport. All in all, it was alrite but not worth the price in terms of services

房間也太小了吧 小的可憐 我們一家三口 太擠了 放行李的地方都沒有 衞生間也小 洗澡間更小 換衣服的地方都沒有 簡直了 連個窗户都沒有 我們這個窗户外邊是過道 真是不知道這麼多好評是哪來的 跟前台説換個房間 告知沒有 這幾天都是滿房 下次來再也不住這個酒店了 早餐也吃的特別簡單

酒店位置離北京路步行街幾分鐘路程，隔壁不遠就是廣州酒家，酒店設施齊全裝修新穎，房間乾淨床品舒適 ，洗手間、衞生間等分隔開使用方便，服務員態度很好，步行十分多鐘地鐵1號線、6號線
