The hotel is in a very good location and the hotel itself is comfortable to live in with rooms ranging from all sizes based on your needs. Good service and good breakfast too.

Excellent location, just around the corner from metro station, very silky and smooth bedding, room size is small but adequate, very clean, , breakfast buffet is good, there's is a snack at 9:30pm, , it would be nice if room rates include breakfast. I will be back, book it

Hotel room is clean. Hotel staff is friendly and supportive. Hotel location is excellent. I do not mind coming back to this hotel again next time if I want to say in Sanyuanli.

Clean hotel and good amenities. They have a laundry available and will help you with the laundry as well free of charge Location is abit far from the usual tourist spots but very close to the Metro. Only 1 stop to Railway station if you are looking for a day trip

Location is good beside the metro line. However, check-in was chaotic and room was available only much later.

Nice hotel in a good location. Fairly basic amenities in the room itself for Atour and the aircon only made hot air, even when set to cold, which they told me when I called the reception. Fairly pricey but good enough for a night stay.

Nice rooms, good laundry facilities, but the building itself is a bit worn.

There was no mini freeze,safety locker in the room.Nobody understands English..

This was our 1st time staying in Atours Hotel. We stayed for 4nights and we were impressed with the service provided by the team. Everyone in front desk was sincere, friendly, and helpful. The daily housekeeping does a great job by keeping the room clean and refill the mini-bar and amenities daily. They are thoughtful and gave us a late check out after knowing our flight was at midnight. The room was comfortable and clean with different types of pillow provided. The hotel provide laundry services for free (DIY). The hotel was near to metro Sanyuanli (blue line2) so it is convenient to go anywhere. The only cons will be the limited breakfast options.

The front line is helpful especially the young male who provide extra laundry services by taking the dirty clothes from our room and return 👍
