Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet viel Wohnkomfort. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat schnell eingecheckt. Das Parken ist sehr praktisch, es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt am Eingang des Hotels, Sie müssen nicht herumfahren. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und schmeckt gut. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und würde es meinen Freunden empfehlen!

Location is good for canton fair, staff are friendly but only speak Chinese. Room service is good, overall it’s good for the price

Great location for people coming for canton fair or an exhibition at pazhou. 15 mins walk to langton closest metro and taxis can be called by app with help of reception to pick you up from hotel. 90% of the staff don't speak English so use Google translate to communicate effectively they are quite helpful. The exhaust fan was not working on the bathroom but I did not tell the reception about it.

Nice hotel, with shuttle bus to the Canton Fair, it’s ready close to the Fair

We went to Guangzhou to attend Canton Fair and stayed at this awesome place. It has convenient location, close to the center and to the exhibition center. The hotel provides shuttle bus service to the exhibition, really good breakfast, some snacks after arriving from exhibition, neat rooms, laundry service for free, and just for extra 7$ unlimited drinks during whole stay. From now on whenever I’m Guangzhou I’m gonna stay at Ibis hotel. Special thanks for the hotel staff ❤️

Staffs doesn’t speak English but can communicate via translator. More staff trainings will be required with customer service Thanks

The hotel was 100% prepared for us! Bus to go and come v=back from the Canton Fair! Snacks when we returned, water, etc They even washed our clothes on the lobby! Super!

Very close to canton fair area and they have free shuttle service to the fair area. Reception workers are so polite and helpful. There is washing clothes services with free of charge and they have a free bar which you can take coctails and and coffees free of charge. Nice place to stay. Only problem was , there were many mosquitos in the room :/.

Good for a business travel, as it is centrally located near the metro station and all. The staff needs to be little more patient with the guests, rest is all ok.

The hotel room was fine, no complaints. The location is close to the Canton Fair and nowhere near any restaurants unless you enjoy slurping some noodles with the local bro’s. Breakfast is also a problem so make sure you have ******* set up. The ladies at the check-in desk took over 30min to scan passports, and then later on wanted to scan it again for kicks, no thank you, one round of loitering in the lobby was enough for us. Then the pillows are kinda weird, one is round and puffy and one is flat and square like a brick. The shower was nice, but no shower cap and the Tv had a lovely black stripe across the screen. Other than that we had a good stay.

The hotel is ok by affordable business hotel standards. The staff was nice and helpful even though they can’t speak English. Location is not far from Canton Fair complex and they offer shuttle bus. Overall a good place to stay for a reasonable place. The only issue is that the location is a little isolated so there are not many restaurants or things to do around.

Bad experience, Shame for ibis, The hotel smells moisture, we arrived after an 8 hour train trip late at night, they gave us rooms with no Windows, no sun, no fresh air, it was almost impossible to sleep, the air was just irrespirable, there were many other free rooms relatively better than those they selected for us. But they just preferred to optimise these rooms that one wants to stay in. We changed rooms, after a night mmm, it was... Livable... But still the moisture and smell of the old underground garage... The breakfast is acceptable (medium low), can do better. They can at least serve better coffee... The staff : half/half some were smiling, kind and friendly, others were just doing the minimum acceptable to not lose their job. For the price, you can find a better place in Shanghai.
