Nice hotel, good staff, lemon mint water and tea in the lobby. Automaton robot for deliveries. Some things can be improved like: old, dingy carpet, real books in the lobby library or cleaning the room when you ask or TV that works. We were told they had balconies but they don't. Lovely bath tub and room. All in all a good stay.

The hotel provided a free shuttle service to/from the Canton fair. If via subway, it takes about 3 changes to get to the Exhibition Center (hence the 4 stars). The hotel is within a 5 min walking distance to the subway station. Daily breakfast was served and there's a good variety of Cantonese cuisine. There are many small dining places around the area that serve really affordable, yet great tasting food. Despite their limited English-speaking skills, the staff tries their best to help guests out. They are very attentive to our needs, too. We had a bit of miscommunication/ difficult time expressing the need for help to book a taxi at night (hence the 4 stars in service). The front door of he hotel was always open so mosquitoes have the tendency to come in too.
The rooms were cleaned daily and thew bathroom amenities + coffee/tea were refilled daily. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. No need to bring a travel adaptor as their plugs are like one. There are 2 laundry machines on the top-most floor of the hotel.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. I recommend this place very close to subway station. It’s hard to find really non-smoking room in China but this place they separate rooms by having non-smoking floor. The staff is very friendly. The best i like is convenience store, food and restaurants around walk 1 minutes from lobby. Also there are fruit market opposite roadside. 👍👍👍
