The hotel is conveniently located close to the Sanxi metro station and the Merrill Lynch M. LIVE World Mall. The apartments are relatively new and well-maintained. However, the lift can be a bit slow, and as international guests, we faced some issues with online security check-in. This caused inconvenience during late-night returns, as the security barrier wouldn’t open automatically, requiring us to request assistance from the security guard.

Haii everyone. Im from Indonesia and i want to let all foreigners to know. That while i stay in this place is really beautiful and the place is so strategic the opposite of this place is mall and alot of food court and near to MRT. Especially their service is really good they are so helpfull and so polite. I know 2 front desk people. 1 is called HELEN and other guy is really nice! 大家好！我是印尼人过来的。我希望大家不要错过来广州就要来到这个酒店又便宜又很舒服！他们服务也是很好。离酒店有商场和很多美食街离地铁站很近！感谢中国人的良心也特别感谢广州人的帮助！上帝保佑中国！❤️

Excellent apartment for our 4 days in Guangzhou! There's a fantastic new mapl across the street that has tons of great dining options (especially kid-friendly) and shopping. A bit far from the touristy areas but most around a 30 min DiDi and under $8. Huge apartments and great value for the price. Would highly recommend for both family and business travelers.

Hello i really my stay at litu international hotel. It was very clean.everyday we got room service and the staff are very helful also.metro station is also near. Will go there to my next trio to guangzhou china

This service apartment is so new and clean, also 10 mins walking to Metro station but we usually use didi which is quite easier in navigating the city. The hotel also provide toiletries, water, tea and coffee.. There's no spot of dirt or dust when i check in and also even the area have a lot of construction its not that noisy. definitely gonna go back to this hotel.

The apartment is very small not more than 30 sqmt. No kitchen utensil, no microwave , no cleaning of room, no wardrobe , no chair. This is worst apartment we have lived. Please think twice booking this apartment. Photos are different than The real apartment.

Basic Hotel in a good way. The price is obviously great for Shanghai. Metro stations are some 15min away but the pedestrian street and even the bund can be reached by foot. Rooms are very spacious but simple. Would recommend.

A very good apartment and the cleaners always make sure our room is cleaned daily and water also being topped up too. Had a few great shopping center just ard 700m of walk. On the whole it's a great place to stay. Thanks trip.com for the special arrangement. Cheers

Mosquito everywhere. Very far from metro. Difficult to find the entrance because there is no name in front of apartment complex.

Very good service and close to metro station. But it's noisy from under construction buildings in that area. Highly recommend

The hotel Should provide basic utensils to heat if they provide an electric burner. They should also add cloth drying stand if they have washing machine installed. I ended up using couches as a dryer. Rest all good. Receptionist should me more respectful to the foreigners. Since all travelers doesn't know chinese, I have noticed them making fun of us.
