Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und komplett ausgestattet, perfekt für Geschäftsreisen oder Urlaube. Das Hotel liegt günstig in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Guangzhou und des Ledermalls, was die Anreise erleichtert. Ich werde hier definitiv wieder übernachten.

Der Service ist sehr schlecht. Sie werden Zimmer am Ende des Hotels arrangieren. Sobald ich Wechselgeld sagte, war kein Platz mehr frei. Es war voller **. Es war ekelhaft.

Was Hilton betrifft, denke ich, dass die Etikette und Höflichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption verbessert werden könnten. Erstens legt man die Hände auf die Brust und zweitens schreit man ein paar Mal, wenn man an der Rezeption ankommt, bevor man aufschaut und antwortet. Er nimmt seine Arbeit zu ernst. Der Hochzeitsraum nebenan ist sehr laut, überall riecht es nach Zigaretten, die Schallisolierung des Zimmers ist sehr schlecht, man kann die Leute draußen deutlich reden hören, der Waschraum ist voller Ausländer, sie sind voll und gehen nicht, also kann man keine Wäsche waschen, der Haupteingang der Lobby ist seitlich, gegenüber der Rezeption sind zwei Seitentüren, der Haupteingang ist voller Autos, man kann ihn überhaupt nicht sehen, ich habe nach einer Nacht rote Flecken an den Händen

Dies ist das schlimmste Hilton-Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Ob Toilettenartikel, Bettwäsche oder Badezimmerausstattung, alles ist ein einziges Chaos. Ist das wirklich ein Hilton-Hotel? Ich habe den ernsthaften Verdacht, dass mit Ihrem Ctrip-Audit etwas nicht stimmt.

Very good hotel for the price, and it's close to From the train station, the hotel is functional and offers everything you need in a hotel; the only downside is that the suite doesn't have a window directly.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The front desk personnel were very helpful . I have missed out the date and pressuming the booking was alright. So , upon checking in there was a problem. The good thing, they were able to help me with the booking error . I had a pleasant stay in hampton hotel guangzhou.

We had a lovely stay at the Hampton by Hilton. This is in part thanks to the great service from Jane at the reception. We had a problem and she helped us excellently. Very helpful and friendly. Thanks Jane! On the day of departure, Sean helped us with the luggage. On my next trip, I would definitely consider this hotel.

Everything was good....make sure you stop at the right station otherwise will have to walk a long tiime. Breakfast was good varieties however, I didn't like the idea that we had to get seats ourselves hence due to many tourists during Christmas feels like a food court breakfast rather than hotel as hotel guests can get their own seats some for example 1 guest was holding up 4 seater table when ask she was sitting alone and not letting out family of 3 to join but the whole restaurant was full already. It would be better if there was a waitor or waitress somene to control the seating services. Due to the crowd during Christmas. Overall it was good to stay and comfortable.

I have booked a family room and a triple room for 3 nights. The room is clean and big. The bed is also very comfortable. They offer a great breakfast and I also like that they provide self service of washing machines and dryers on the 4th floor which brings so much convenience to me.
