The staff were excellent , the staff number 8509 and 8504 were always ready to help , and guidance was perfect , as we did not know Chinese language. We are thankful to the staff for there best service

The location of the hotel is OK, but the room are tired and old, curtains are torn and there are many heavy smokers in every floor...

Front desk officials were very cordial and polite. Room amenities and decorations were nice as well. Most importantly, breakfast menu was outstanding and delicious. All together, recommended hotel for travelers.

Will not choose this hotel if not for the recommendation fm a biz associate whose office is nearby. He thought the hotel has just renovated. Although renovated, it is still crap.
