Hallo, meine Freunde heute, ich komme Ihnen dieses Hotel empfehlen. Wir haben eine Nacht gereist, weil wir einen sehr frühen Flug genommen haben. Wir kamen wie um 10 Uhr in der Nacht, in einer sehr freundlichen Rezeption das Personal, beim Anreisen ins Zimmer, sehr sauber und schön, Super-geschmack Betten und Bettwäsche auch, wirklich viel Ruhe. Was war meine Überraschung?? Das Hotel ist nur eine Tatsache, dass Sie dort bleiben, gibt Ihnen in freundlicher Weise 5 Tage, um Ihren Wagen zu verlassen, sie haben den Service, Sie zu nehmen und zum Flughafen zu holen. Es ist ein Plus, dass wirklich, wenn Sie einen frühen Flug von diesem Flughafen nehmen, empfehle ich Ihnen, in dieses Hotel zu kommen. Es hat auch Frühstück inbegriffen, 🙌🏻🙌🏻 aber ich war zu früh aus dem Flug und ging, bevor sie geöffnet, mir eine Box Lunch gegeben. I was in room 12. Big room with a balcony on the street. A blessing and a curse. A beautiful view but Saturday night the partying was loud. There are enormous wooden doors to keep the sound out but still woke me from time to time. Bathroom was nice, shower was good and warm. I read that some people complained about bad smelling rooms. Didn't encounter that. Breakfast was provided and it's great that you don't have to hunt for food in the morning. I wouldn't say the food was great but it was OK. It can get crowded. And they leave the front doors open all the time so it was always cold. (I was there in January). I think it is a good place to stay, but now that I know the city and don't have to be in the middle of it all I would probably stay somewhere quieter. But great room for great price.

Loud atmosphere late into the night, ridiculously tiny bathroom, but otherwise comfortable. But watch out for taxi scams. The fee from the airport is always around 600 pesos. That’s what it was from the airport to this hotel. When it was time to depart the hotel (11:45 on Sunday, June 4) we asked the front desk clerk to call us a cab. He did and explained that it would be $600, but that $200 was to be paid to his colleague at the hotel who he called the “agent” and the remaining $400 would be paid to the driver. Unusual but okay with me. When we got into the cab the hotel ”agent” stated $600 (in Spanish) so that I and the driver could hear it. I said in terrible Spanish “$200 to you and $400 to him, right?” And he nodded. So, we get to the airport and I hand the driver $500 thinking it’s the $400 plus $100 tip. (Remember these are pesos). The driver says “no, $600.” I say no $400 to you and $200 I gave at the hotel. We argue but the cab driver behind us starts honking his horn because he sees what is happening and our driver suddenly takes the $500 and leaves. I think the driver behind us knew I was being scammed and intervened. I am convinced the guy at the hotel and the driver conspired to cheat us because I’m an older American. I also believe the desk clerk was in on it too. The whole split taxi fee didn’t make sense. It left a bad feeling for us after what was otherwise a pleasant stay. So my rating reflects it and I hope that hotel management responds. Employees should never be involved in scamming their customers.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe dem Stadtzentrum und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Nacht ist besonders heiß, die Isolierung des Zimmers ist normal. In dem Zimmer kann man die äußeren Geräusche klar hören. Mein Freund fühlt sich etwas schwach, aber ich mag diese heiße und glückliche Atmosphäre auch gelegentlich hören. Das Hotel hat einen Elektrôn, aber unser Zimmer kann von den Treppen entfernt sein. Es ist wirklich nicht bequem, wenn Sie einen sehr schweren Gepäckkasten haben. Es gibt einige Sitzplätze an der Tür unseres Zimmers, mehrere Mitarbeiter sitzen oben und reden, wir können ihre Stimmen im Zimmer klar hören, und ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob sie auch unsere Gespräche im Zimmer hören können. Und am nächsten Morgen sprachen sie dort wieder. Ich wurde von ihrem Gespräch wach. Ich hoffe, das Hotel kann sie nicht an der Tür des Zimmers mit Gästen sprechen lassen.

Ein relativ kostengünstiges Hotel, das ankommt um mehr als 9 Uhr, hat einen Fehler bei der Position gefunden, ist mehr Angst, aber später kam der Servicepersonal zu mir, sehr freundlich, meine Sorgen zu beseitigen, das Zimmer ist sehr groß, der Berg oben kann die Gesamtaussicht sehr schön sehen, das heißt, in das Zentrum der Stadt muss der Berg gelangen, Es ist viel hart, wenn ich hoch bin, aber es ist gut für mich, der Eindruck ist gut, ich werde wiederkommen, danke, dass ich einen schönen Tourismusimpression hinterlassen habe.

Lo malo: No tienen elevador, sino que tienes que caminar alrededor de 40-50 escalones así como en la entrada tiene una rampa vehicular pero también es la entrada del hotel. Ahí dejan autos estacionados y llega hacer incómodo para los huéspedes andar entre los vehículos. En los desayunos el agua simple sin sabor, mientras tanto la comida estuvo buena. -La ropa de cama está manchada, había cabellos en el cubrecolchon y en la regadera. -El agua de la alberca muy fría y del jacuzzi muy caliente. Me dió alergia al salir de la alberca. Por la noche apagan las luces y ponen una lona Deberías de extender el horario, los que vamos al los tour llegamos tarde y ya no la disfrutamos. - Solo había un conector en la habitación, así que le hace falta más mantenimiento y conectores de luz. -Te ofrecen una mejor habitación por $150 por noche (añadido al precio que ya pagaste) -Estacionamiento en un terreno baldío $100 por noche
