I am biking. I asked for and received sone rags to wipe off my bike after riding in the rain. I had no problem taking my bike to my room.
If there is one thing that I think could be easily improved, it would be some USB ports, along with one or two more electrical outlets. I have a number of things to recharge each day, and I had to do only two at a time.

Beautiful lobby although the hotel needs a little bit of loving. It's fallen into disrepair with leak and plumbing issues.
Restaurant breakfast is okay at best but didn't have a chance to try lunch or dinner menus.
I hope they fix up the hotel & make it beautiful!

Nice hotel, however, larger pillows would have been preferred for the bed. Also, at other hotels I have been too, there usually is a clock in the room. This hotel didn't have a clock in my room.

This could be a lovely hotel with a lot of charm. However it it appears that management just doesn't want to bother to make this place realize it's potential. There is a pub like restaurant that is deserted, the pool area is dingy and uninviting. Everything in the hotel feels grimy and neglected with a strong smell of must or mold in the lobby. There is no microwave in the room, which was freezing with no way to control the thermostat. We had a very uncomfortable night there.
There was also confusion about the billing and an error with a cancellation, the one good thing about our stay was the staff member who took the trouble to help us sort out the situation.
Nice staff doing their best with a terrible situation.

Our overnight stay was intolerable - they did not turn the air conditioning on in the building and we were unable to sleep because of the heat. (The windows do not open) The girl at the desk told my husband and I two different stories as to why it wasn’t on. When we checked out - very early in the morning - we were given the email of the plant manager to register our concern. He did not respond. We will never stay there again.

It was disappointing on every level. We found out the property has been sold and that may be why it was in such bad shape , no air conditioning and terrible service.
