Hotels in der Nähe von Le Pont des Fées, Grimaud

This hotel was nothing short of amazing! First Anne-Catherine and Laurent were both so nice and helpful and really made us feel welcomed. I’m addition, we received great recommendations for where to eat and what to do. The hotel is small and is located in the Port which does not allow cars. They did a great job of giving directions prior to arrival on what to do. If you are coming by car, they have 3 spaces at the hotel for €25 a day but these are subject to availability. If those are full or you want something cheaper, they will give you information on the parking they provide outside of the port. We were given a choice of rooms as it was off season but honestly I don’t think there is a bad room in the place. The ones we saw and the one we ended up staying in were both modern and fairly good sized and all had unique views. We opted not to have the hotel breakfast but it looked fantastic with a variety of fruit, pastry and omelette options in addition to coffee. The Wi-Fi worked well and they also provided us with beach towels so we could take advantage of the beach. If I ever come back to Port Grimaud I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Nice apartment, specious and complete. Nice staff and good parking. Very nice environment and we were suprised that it was so quiet. Also it was nice that the responsible lady of the residence was speaking our language and was very helpfull to us like the rest of the staff. We will recommend this residence.

Wir waren zum 6. Mal dort. Es ist jedesmal wie ”nach Hause” zu kommen. Das Personal ist freundlich und stets bemüht, dass der Aufenthalt in positiver Erinnerung bleibt. Der Hoteldirektor Brice hat sich persönlich vorgestellt und spontan bei der Lösung eines kleinen Problems geholfen. Sein Personal schwärmt über seine angenehme Art und die Stimmung im Team spiegelt genau das wider. Es wird viel gelacht und es wirkt als ginge alles leicht von der Hand und man spürt, dass der Gast im Mittelpunkt steht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Auch Freunde von uns waren diesmal mit und waren ebenfalls begeistert. Die Hausdamen grüßen freundlich und fragen proaktiv nach, ob etwas fehlt. Leider absolut unzumutbar! Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Hotel und hatten uns täglich beschweren müssen. Angefangen hat es mit: Ameisen welche vom ersten Tag an im Zimmer waren. Als wir dies an der Rezeption gemeldet haben und die Rezeptionistin dies mit ihrer Vorgesetzten abgesprochen hatte war (1 Tag später!) die einzige Rückmeldung: Ja, wir haben hier leider Ameisen…..wir können nicht wirklich etwas machen. Ausser mit einem Spray die Ameisen zu töten welche bereits im Zimmer sind. Nichts aber was andere Ameisen daran hindert herein zu kommen! (siehe Bilder!) Katastrophaler Zustand des Zimmers eine Badezimmer Türe welche sich nicht Schließen lässt und komplett aus den Scharnieren gerissen ist. Die Türe sah so aus als ob sie eingetreten wurde! Scharnier und Schloss waren ausgerissen und die Türe komplett verzogen! (siehe Bilder!) Meines Erachtens ist es komplett unzumutbar ein Zimmer zu vergeben bei welchem man die Badezimmer Türe nicht einmal schließen kann! Als wir dies gemeldet haben wurde uns sogar vorgeworfen dass wir die Türe beschädigt haben. Uns wurde gesagt: „Ja wir wissen dass die Türe etwas streng zugeht, jedoch konnte man sie noch Schließen bevor Sie das Zimmer bezogen haben.“ Ich glaube eine Türe auf und zu machen ist nicht eine all zu grosse Herausforderung, geschweige dass man sie so extrem beschädigen kann beim öffnen oder schliessen! Frechheit! In der Dusche und rund um das Lavabo kamen schwarze Kunststofffäden aus der Wand! Sieht extrem abstoßend aus da es wie haare aussieht. Sehr abstoßend verarbeitet! (siehe Bilder!) Wie kann man einem Gast so ein Zimmer anbieten!? Am dritten tag wurde uns von einer anderen „Rezeptionistin“ oder Vorgesetzten mitgeteilt, dass sie uns immer noch kein anderes Zimmer geben könnten, da das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Als ich ihr mitgeteilt hatte, dass ich für ein Zimmer in einem solchen miserablen Zustand nicht bereit bin den vollen Preis zu bezahlen, war ihre Antwort: „Sie haben das Zimmer online gebucht und es sei aus diesem Grund nicht möglich einen Rabatt oder eine Rückvergütung vorzunehmen“. (Obwohl zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nichts abgebucht wurde!) Sie würde sich jedoch mit dem Manager in Verbindung setzen. Als ein Tag später endlich der Tag der Abreise kam, dachte ich, ich wäre im falschen Film. Wir wurden praktisch komplett ignoriert so als ob nichts gewesen wäre. Die Dame welche uns gesagt hat sie würde unsere Beschwerden mit ihrem Manager anschauen, hat uns weder; - eine Rückmeldung gegeben was sie besprochen haben - noch irgendetwas dazu gefragt - natürlich auch keinen Rabatt angeboten für diesen horrenden Aufenthalt - und nicht einmal entschuldigt für das was passiert ist! Ich kann nur empfehlen von dem Hotel fern zu bleiben! Abgesehen von den Zimmern ist auch das Personal überhaupt nicht zuvorkommend oder hilfreich!

We just spent 2 days at Villa Marie and from the moment we pulled up the attentive and super friendly staff made us feels so welcome. The concierge booked our dinners and did a great job, the shuttle that took us back and forth from town, about a 10 minute drive came immediately when we called making this super convenient. For the price this is a super value that I highly recommend. Even the cleaning staff left our rooms spotless with extra care to turn on the heated tile floors in bathroom and adjusting the air. Breakfast that was included was just as lovely. We had stayed here 10 years ago and it was just as wonderful. I don’t know how they hire such a super staff who go out of their way to make your stay perfect!

It would have been our fourth but COVID cancelled 2020. This is a marvelous small hotel across the road from Nartelle beach. The manager and his staff are wonderful, particularly the house keeping team who changed our bedding and towels every day and even washed our plates and cutlery. The location is superb, 10 meters from the beach where you will find 7 beach bars offering loungers and restaurants. We liked to use Mahi Plage, but if you want to pamper yourselves try Saint Barth which also has a swimming pool. The hotel has a lovely pool, and a small bar where we drank grand pressions under trees on their terrace between swims. We hope to return soon.

We really enjoyed being in the beautiful hotel Le Verger Maelvi! The room was so charming, with the lovely balcony and wonderful view. Exceptional! We also liked the breakfast very much, so much choice and perfect service. It was only for 2 nights because the hotel was fully booked, but we enjoyed every minute of it! So don’t hesitate if you want the most cozy hotel on a perfect location to visit Grimaud, Port Grimaud, St tropez… The owners are very helpful, you can ask anything (nice beaches, good restaurants,…). They were also very kind for our little son. We miss it already !
