Residence Les Restanques du Golfe de St-Tropez

We travel a lot as a family and we never had an experience like this before. We were there for the fourth time. This time we booked through Maeva for the first time. What an horrific experience. The kids room was full of black mold. We pointed it out, only to be told that they knew, but it should be not harmful. Obviously, we could no longer use the room. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The kettle and the pans were dirty as well. The air conditioning was broken at 40 °C. We bought two fans at our own expense. The wall almost collapsed. The apartment should never have been rented out. Maeva only told us that they knew it was in need of renovation, but that this was not their responsibility, because they are only the broker. We have tried to contact Maeva several times. Apart from being told that the mold was not harmful, we were unable to achieve anything. We then left a few days earlier. This was the most unbelievable experience we have had in all our years travelling with our family and also by far the worst experience in the south of France. Therefore an absolute: never book through Maeva. The pictures speak for themselves

This place really does have my heart, such a beautiful place. The beach is clear and soft sand, the sunsets is one of the most beautiful places I have been. I can’t wait to go back and take the children

Not a relaxing holiday at all the pool music is so high it is like a nightclub you can’t have a conversation or read the staff at the pool and on the reception are very unpleasant not helpful at all the toilets are filthy. Shame because it’s a beautiful location but we won’t be coming back. The girl that does the fitness is the only friendly face we saw during our stay the pool manager is dreadful. I don’t think he likes his job

Nous avons passé 5 jours en demi-pension, et ce séjour nous a beaucoup plu. Il y a 2 piscines, une grande avec vagues et une plus petite, plus calme et qui devrait être réservée aux + de 18 ans. J'ai mis 4/5 à cause du logement : un lit cassé, et une douche qui avait un débit faible.

Superbe résidence .deux piscines chauffées magnifiques. Cabanon ouvert de 17h30 à 23h30 pour cocktail et apéritif. Restaurant . Parc splendide avec lac . Appartement rénové climatisé tout confort . Proche de port grimaud, st maxime, ramatuelle et st tropez

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'emplacement de notre appartement était parfait. La vue sur mer incroyable. L'accueil à la réception au top. Petit bémol pour la pataugeoire, le sol est dangereux, il est très râpeus, notre fils y a laissé ses genoux et ses pieds. Les jeux pour enfants sont un peu vieillaud.
