Very clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Mold in bathroom. Dirty ceiling walls and window pad. Noisy. Bad smell. No hot water bathroom sink. Room in need of maintenance.

We use this hotel every time we go to Greensboro. Clean. Nice comp breakfast. Staff is very accommodating. Location is perfect.

This is not the place to stay if you want your room door to lock or if you want sleep at night. They let kids run all night long and did nothing about it . I reported it twice and the front desk could hear then and did nothing

The property was well maintained, the rooms were clean and comfortable, enjoyed the free breakfast and staff was friendly

Not the best. If you want friendly staff and would prefer to check in to a room that doesn’t have pee and poop in the toilet bowl, go somewhere else. Otherwise you’ll be fine here

It took 4 rooms period. The first room, the lights did not work and smelled musty, the second room, Was dirty trash unmade bed and used towels in the bathroom and smelled musty, the third room was musty and the AC did not work. The fourth room was decent enough that I could lay my head down after an hour of trying to get checked in and find a room.

Honestly too many mirrors in the room I get it makes the room look bigger but really just uncomfortable. The plug on the left side of the bed didn’t work so I couldn’t use my cpap machine the remote on the tv sometimes worked. The shower curtain was shredded at the top. Some how after working perfectly fine the first day the elevator just stopped working with bad knees it ****** for sure. I don’t know how this was diamond approved by aaa.

The hotel seems to be running short handed but my room was clean. The breakfast leaves quite a bit to be desired especially if you are diabetic. Almost all of the choices were high in carbohydrates and there were very limited proteins available

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were beautiful and very clean. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again the next time we're in that area.

I would definitely rate MICROTEL 5 out of 5 thanks to your worker CJ he has a good attitude and great personality! He’s cool calm collective, carries his self the right self mannered way and he’s very understanding! With a great work Ethic!!!
