Shout out to Jason, Ricardo, Nicaldo from the Platinum Club. Jermaine our Butler, Janoi the chef. We had an excellent time you all made our stay so remarkably awesome. The food, the room compare to none. You all went beyond and above. We felt like family. I will be back soon and will certainly recommend this beautiful place to others. We will never forget our 25th anniversary because of you all. Thanks to every staff we came in contact with.

I want to big up the staffs of this wonderful hotel. Jason, Jermaine, Chef Johnoy, Nicaldo, Ricardo. These are some main persons who made our stay a memorable one. Thank you Princess. I have stayed at several hotels home and overseas and I can say without no fear of contradiction that these people are well trained 👏 and very hospitable. Keep doing what you are doing and this will become the number one hotel in the world.

This resort is by far the best resort I have ever been to. The service was better than I could ever dream of! The quality of food and beverage was better than I expected. We upgraded to the platinum swim out junior suite and it was worth every penny! Our two butlers Andre and Jessica were amazing going over and above every day making sure we had the best vacation possible! They surprised us with special birthday treatments, room upgrades and made sure we were well taken care of. All the other staff were so happy and helpful! Jessica the bartender at the platinum bar made us so many delicious beautiful drinks and told us stories about the history of Jamaica and also sang a few songs along with her fellow staff members. We made sure to visit her daily! Chef Johnoy, The chef at the platinum restaurant on the adults only side treated us like royalty! When we first arrived at his restaurant he personally came and greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. He then made sure we had a special dinner for My girlfriend’s birthday and made us an amazing meal that wasn’t on the menu. The food was amazing and high quality! The drinks were the same! The dishes that were served daily had the quality only found in high end restaurants. For our last meal we requested a cowboy steak that was better than I’ve ever had at any steakhouse I’ve been to. Morris another amazing bartender we found made us many delicious special drinks and entertained us with his skills and stories! Overall, this resort is outstanding and all the staff is so amazing. Never been so spoiled in my life! We will definitely be returning to this beautiful resort and hopefully soon because I miss it and everyone that works at princess and will only be going to this resort when in Jamaica! The price is worth every penny and you will have the best vacation ever!

Just returned home from a vacation here that felt like a dream, it was so surreal! This resort is beautiful and breathtaking. The moment we stepped foot on this property we were blown away by the exceptional service that we received. Everyone who works here is so happy and friendly and wants to make you feel so spoiled. We stayed in a platinum swim out room, we won’t stay in any other room now. Our butlers Andre and Jessica went above and beyond to make us feel so spoiled! They worked so hard and always with a smile on their faces. Their professionalism is like no other. It was my birthday during my stay and the birthday surprises didn’t stop happening. A heart shaped floating breakfast in the pool for birthday breakfast was outstanding and a wonderful surprise. As well as special surprises in our room, the last surprise brought a tear to our eyes 🥰 so thoughtful! We didn’t have to ask for anything, they would just surprise us each and every day. They would have a cabana or beach chairs set up with towels and a cooler with beers for us to relax on the beach, or they would be at our service to book our dinners and golf cart rides to our dinners. We didn’t want to leave Andre and Jessica! Next I would like to point out the wonderful service at the platinum bar and restaurant! First night we arrived late around 9pm, Chef johnoy came up to our table and introduced himself and made us an outstanding tenderloin with shrimp! We couldn’t believe it as we thought dinner would be over. Well it didn’t stop there Chef johnoy never missed a beat! I never told a soul it was my birthday the next day but someone noticed from the paper work, and chef Johnoy said “I hear it’s someone’s birthday tomorrow I’d like to make you a special dinner what would you like”. Well my birthday dinner was so amazing, I wanted to bring him home with us. Next, at the platinum bar!! Jessica was amazing!! Always made us a surprise shot or drink, we kept coming back daily to visit her! Her personality and her knowledge is like no other, such a beautiful soul. If you need a late night snack make sure you hit up MVP and go visit Keisha, she is such a lovely lady. Overall, this resort is outstanding and all the staff is so amazing. Never been so spoiled in my life! We will definitely be returning to this beautiful resort and hopefully soon because I miss it and everyone that works at princess.

Beautiful stunning resort. Wonderful week away at this new paradise. The resort itself is absolutely stunning with every detail having been thought about. The decor is beautiful. We had a swim up platinum room. First of all the room was the nicest room we have ever stayed in. Large, clean, new and we had a swim up room leading into an infinity pool which we loved to come back and hang out at at the end of the day. One of our highlights was our wonderful butlers Astley and Glaister. They worked tirelessly and with a smile to ensure we felt spoiled and looked after. Their professionalism is unmatched and it was so apparent they loved their job. From getting our Bali beds reserved to decorating the tub, everything they did to make it a wonderful stay certainly played into our wonderful experience. Food at this resort was unbelievable. So many different options and places to try. Would say the two stand outs were The Pearl and Fusion 360. The Pearl is their seafood restaurant and looks like a fine dining experience with the lovely glass bubbles all over as part of the decor. The food at Fusion 360 was delicious. We had the most amazing server Danelle who is clearly on the right field of working with people. She made wonderful suggestions and we tried many dishes family style. Many different bars to choose from. Shout out to Morris at Azul and we looked forward to our pre dinner drinks at the Bluenote with John who made anything you wanted and literally the best martini. We had so much fun with Owayne at the platinum club bar. Great hotel with a beautiful stretch of beach and lots of potential. My whole experience was amazing. The hotel looks like paradise. The whole crew was so friendly and gentle. Always making sure that we were alright. And what to say about everyone of the crew saying hello as they walked by us and smiled at us. The food was amazing. Cocktails too. My favorite was Frozen Bob Marley. I tried Robert's flame: Fillet mignon was so tasty. Italian: Everything was so good, I went twice. Pesto linguini were so yummy, caprese Salad and Bruschetta too. And Chocolate mousse, wow! Mexican was good too. Quesadilla was really amazing. And what to say about the churros, just wonderful! Wish there was more than two. The Pearl! I took the chicken because I'm not a fan of seafood, but it was so tender and tasty. The drink Mermaid Tails was really good too, but a bit strong. Buffet were also great and there was a lot of different choices. The decor was just fantastic, making us feel like we were under the sea. The reef, wow. Food is amazing and what to say about the view. Right by the sea and open everywhere so you can eat and look at the ocean and hear the waves. Thumbs up to Leonardo, making sure everything was going fine during our time in the restaurants and making sure we had everything we wanted when no dessert were left. Always taking the time to say hello. Maitre D, Keron, was also making sure everything was alright. They were also very nice to talk to and having a laugh with us. Adrian at the Italian restaurant was so kind and gave an amazing service. The view, rooms and pool were amazing. It was like living in paradise. I've never slept so well at an hotel before.
