We are equipped to sleep 11 people comfortably (or 12 if you like to snuggle) with 2 king beds, 2 bunk beds- one with a trundle, and a queen air mattress set up that is located in the 2nd guest room closet. There is a pack and play available for use, located in the master closet.With 2 driveway entry points, there is ample parking space for multiple vehicles and all of your toys.
