"Es war nur ok. Es hätte etwas sauberer auf den Wänden und Türen des Badezimmers sein können. Es war musty, aber das Drehen auf Luftstrom half. Die Dekoration ist aktualisiert und einzigartig. Ich bin kein Fan von Teppich und Unsicherheit der Reinigkeit. Ich hatte einen Schlag auf die Tür genau zum Zeitpunkt der Check-out zum Urlaub. Anscheinend unweltgefällig, da ich eine spät ankommen war. Ich habe das letzte Stück Dinge beendet, um zu gehen, als es passierte. Er hob in den Kleiderschrank, bis ich klar war. Hat es 30 bis eine Stunde nicht verständlich gewesen. Es war aus dem Stillstand. Ich weiß, es ist nicht das Penthouse, aber das löscht nicht die Unfälle und Formalitäten."

Just a few miles from Highport Marina (Main Marina) and many other marinas giving access to both sides of the lake as well as Tanglewood Resort and Golf Course. If you are looking for a Sandy Beach there is Island View just a few minutes down the road as well.
If booking on or over the weekend all guest must stay Friday and Saturday Nights. Guest can only check out Sunday thru Friday. You can message me about approving a Saturday Checkout depending on the time of year or how booked up the house is.

If you are bringing a boat/trailer instead of the coming down the hill like the directions will show please turn right at the top of the hill and circle around the neighborhood it makes it much easier to back the trailer into the driveway. Dining accommodations include dining table for 6 and 4 modern acrylic barstools at breakfast bar in kitchen.
The kitchen features quartz countertops, includes pots & pans and other cooking essentials necessary for preparing any meal, basic spices & condiments, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, and water dispenser.
Master bedroom is on 1st floor with king bed and available queen air mattress with ensuite bathroom, 2 other large bedrooms on 2nd floor with Jack & Jill bathroom. A 4th bedroom is on the 3rd floor with daybed and pull out trundle. This room also has a walk out balcony with chairs for enjoying the outdoors.
There is an oversized half bathroom on 1st floor that incorporates a full sized washer & dryer. (laundry soap provided)

PLENTY of space! 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gives everyone ample space at night to get a good night sleep! One of the bedrooms is a kids room with two beds that each have trundles, a sleeper sofa, an air hockey table, arcade style video game and basketball game. Take the kids out fishing right at the property, on a 5 acre semi-private pond. Lake Texoma's highpoint marina is only 2 and a half miles away and has boat rentals for the big kids to have fun:). The primary bedroom, and both of the top floor bedrooms have access to a balcony overlooking the 5 acre pond. The bottom floor has a kitchen, dining area, and large living space that allows everyone to gather together. The deck, which overlooks the pond, has a gas powered grill. The lower deck has a fire pit for unwinding at night. Three of the bathrooms have showers, and the primary has a shower and a tub.
Property is just under an hour north of McKinney/Frisco/Allen.
