Fairfield Inn & Suites Gravenhurst Muskoka

Very clean and new. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. We used both pool and workout area. Both very sanitary. They have lounge chairs around the pool which is a bonus to watch the kids swim. In a good location. We were there for a hockey tournament it was only 5 minutes from the rink

The staff were actually really nice, but the room didn’t have slippers! Also, for tea and coffee they only had paper cups instead of real ones. When we asked for glass cups, they said they didn’t have any, which was kinda weird! But overall though, everything was good.

Booked on line 3 months prior to stay. Check in is 3:00pm but unfortunately our room was not ready until 4:15pm. Staff was very apologetic and very polite about it but room was still ready upon arrival. Otherwise a great stay. Breakfast is fabulous. Bed and linens excellent quality.

Breakfast was good and the staff were great. Only complaint is that the pillows were not comfortable as they were not firm enough for us.

The staff were very welcoming and informative. We had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel.
