"Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das super komfortable Bett und eine große Terrasse mit Tisch und Schranken, wir baten die Rezeption, ob sie uns ein Doppelbett setzen konnte und hat uns das problemlos, sehr nett gemacht!"

"Cleanliness: The room was spotless clean, including the bathroom. I couldn’t fault the cleanliness. Location: The place was near many places including a petrol station, that sells reasonable petrol or diesel for cars. As well as you get free parking with the hotel. Service: The service from check in to check out was easy. However most staff couldn’t speak English including at their own restaurant, but somewhere we managed to communicate. The staff were really nice and lovely. Amenities: Towels was provided in the rooms with running hot water. Downside: the room we had was a double room with breakfast included, which wasn’t sound proof. I didn’t have a problem sleeping since I’m a heavy sleeper but my partner experienced drunken people in the corridor having loud conversations which ruined his sleep for an hour and then he couldn’t go back to sleep all night. Other than that I couldn’t fault the hotel in anything."

"Gute Lage weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Theater und dem Markt. Viele auf der Straße Parkplätze um die Seitenstraßen. Kühl Lounge mit kostenfreiem Kaffee und Saft. Sehr freundliches Personal, das groß war, wenn man für zusätzliche Pilze gefragt. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Windows ziemlich dünn und geräuschlich konnte von der Straße und anderen Gästen verlassen Zimmer hören."

"Das Personal des Hotels war so hilfreich und glücklich, die Lage des Hotels ist in der Mitte. Ich wollte ein Hotel in Valencia buchen, aber das kam auf die Reise-App wie in Valencia. Ich bin so froh, dass wir Castello de plana erleben. Was für eine schöne, lustig und willkommene Stadt am Weihnachtstag. Die Lebensmittelkultur war erstaunlich. "Se parece más a un hostel que a un hotel, excepto que no compartes habitación. Para una o dos noches aceptable. Servicio agradable pero poco eficiente. Agua caliente muy bien. El uso de un código para entrar es práctico. Puedes usar cocina, lavadora, frigo comunitario. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación; no se especificaba en la reserva (reserva de habitación ”standard”). La TV no funcionaba. La habitación tenía un olor no muy agradable. Se escuchaba mucho al resto de personas alojadas por la mañana. La habitación no contaba ni siquiera con una percha para colgar la toalla a excepción del armario. Es necesario pagar un extra para que limpien la habitación (creo que 6€). La tapa del asiento del wc no se corresponde con la medida del wc, lo que no es muy higiénico... Las lámparas no tienen interruptor, hay que enchufarlas y desenchufarlas para encender y apagar."
