Our property is located in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park in the Scottish Highlands with wonderful panoramic views of the Cairngorms right at our doorstep. We are only a 5 minute drive to the nearest town which has all the amenities you would require. Aviemore is a 15 minute drive and has all the outdoor pursuits you could think of together with a couple of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Inverness, Elgin, Nairn and Forres are the next nearest at around 30 miles to each. The house has been extensively renovated over the past few years to bring it to a modern standard with central heating throughout and a multi fuel fire in the lounge. The property is laid out over 2 floors with 1 bedroom located on the ground floor which has a brand new disabled friendly en-suite wet room with shower and toilet and a bay window. Also located on the ground floor is a spacious lounge area with multi fuel stove and bay window. The conservatory at the front of the property is intended to be used as the dining area and has ample seating for 10 people and is equipped with a full air conditioning unit keeping it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. To the back of the ground floor is a fully fitted kitchen with an American style fridge freezer including ice machine and water dispenser, dishwasher and washing machine. The upstairs floor consists of 3 bedrooms , 2 of which are en-suite with a shower room and a full bathroom respectively and the 3rd has it's own dedicated bathroom directly across the hall. Two of the upstairs rooms have beautiful bay windows with view onto the mountains with the third located to the rear of the property. Outside boasts a wonderful established garden with dining area, full spec barbeque and smoker and a summerhouse which is currently set up as a gym. At the far end of the garden we have a lovely Asian inspired area with water feature and decking area providing panoramic views of the Cairngorm range. We have ample parking for up to 5 cars. Myself and my wife have around 60 years combined experience in the hospitality industry and are well equipped to provide a warm and friendly welcome to our lovely home in the highlands. Das Haus ist einfach toll.Es hat viel Platz, und einen beheizbaren Wintergarten. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einige Gartenhäuser u.a. mit TV oder Fitnessgeräten.Würde ich noch einmal dorthin fahren?Auf jeden Fall!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in einem Ferienhaus, das tatsächlich keinen einzigen Wunsch offenließ. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und bei Fragen bekommt man umgehende Antwort. Ganz toll und unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen!

Sehr sauber, toller Aufenthalt, absolut empfehlenswert Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft, direkt an tollen Wanderwegen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist groß, vor dem Haus gibt es noch einen kleinen Spielplatz, dieser hat den Kindern besonders gefallen . Ein altes Haus modernisiert, toll umgesetzt! Wir würde jederzeit wieder kommen und können es nur weiter empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig mit schönem Garten, alles was man zur Erholung braucht!😊 Wir hatten das Gefühl nach einem langen Winterschlaf die ersten Gäste zu sein, daher brauchte das Haus etwas Frühjahrsputz und Frischluft - danach war alles super!

Great place, great hosts. Lovely house with great garden, very well equipped. Worked well for 3 generations of family plus dogs. Hosts met us on arrival & were always very helpful without being intrusive. Beautiful part of Scotland with lots to do in the surrounding area.

Stunning This property is in a great location and has beautiful views. Everything is provided for what you need for a stay with plenty of space. Owners are very friendly and easy to contact. Beautiful home was even decorated woth Christmas decorations to help ua celebrate.I would certainly recommend staying.
