It is always so good to be back. Even on a winter day, the hotel makes you feel comfortable. Relaxing landscape in a very large room, with an excellent bed. Water and chocolates are provided as courtesy. The balcony seems to put you inside the countryside, breath in breath out, and take all the fresh air you can. You can even take a bath while you enjoy the view. Breakfast is sublime. Freshly baked eggs on demand, coffee bar with hand made beverages, pastry and fresh fruit with several local items available. All of this while you glance at the infinite pool. You can even have breakfast outside, if it is not to cold.

Os funcionários eram bastante simpáticos e os quartos eram espaçosos e agradáveis.

Muito bom a nível de instalações, localização e o atendimento de todo o Staf. Perfeito para uns dias de descanso ... :)

Das Hotel hat nichts von einem 4 Sterne Resort Sehr Basic eingerichtet, das Abendessen und Frühstück waren nicht gut, eher Ibis Kategorie Kindermenu stand auf der Karte Chicken und french fries, da kamen viel zu gesalzene chicken Stücke und die French Fries waren Chips aus der Tüte

We stayed at Sobreiras Alentejo Country Hotel May 2024 for a weeding near by, as a big group with friends and family (about 60 people from UK). Sobreiras staff raised to the expectation and delivered a fantastic weekend with attention to detail, support to guest and great food and ambience. Everyone loved the stay and it is definitely considering coming back for a longer period. Thank you Lucia and all the other staff for taking care of us like you did. 5 starts!

I can not recommend this hotel at all. Lets start with the room: the inside is cheap and worn out and the bathroom dirty. There is no door between the sleeping area and toilet, so not kuch privacy there. Than, the location is really remote. Which would be fine if the amenities are well. But there is literally nothing to do and little to eat at the hotel. Dinner is served at 19.30, which is really late when travelling with small kids. During the day you can order salads from 12.30-15.00 and some toasts till 18.00. That’s it. And the nearest town Grandola is 15 minutes by car, on an unlit road. The common room is very noisy and too small for the amount of guests. So you need to sign up for a breakfast and dinner slot. When waiting for you breakfast there is not even a water kettle and a nespresso machine in the room, which I think are cheap and basic amenities for hotels of these price ranges. Somehow the pool isn’t inviting as well, there is little shadow and feels a bit sterile. All in all, the experience was not good. The hotel really needs to invest in maintenance and some basic amenities like water kettles, nespresso machines, larger common area, more f&b options, atmosphere and maybe think about some more leisure options on the premises. Now its just hostel quality for boutique hotel prices.

This is an unusual hotel pretty much in the middle of nowhere which is part of it’s attraction. The very rough access road leads to a large unsurfaced car park outside the attractive single story buildings of the hotel itself. It needs paved pathways from the car park so cases can be rolled. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. The design is modern and attractive. There is a pleasant pool area and there are tables for eating inside and out. The outlook reminded me of South Africa. Rooms are generally well designed and generous with an outside veranda overlooking the grounds. They are let down by having no door to close off the high speck bathroom and toilet which had a poor quality cheap plastic seat. Breakfast was very good. Lunch less so. Dinner was simple but good. Throughout or stay service was very good.

The views are simply stunning. The feel of the hotel is a contemporary bolt hole in the middle of a national park. The rooms are big and airy with a great outlook. The breakfasts are so so but could be so much better. The evening meal is good value for money. The hotel staff really do lack any enthusiasm or motivation to provide you with any advice or local knowledge. The cleaning staff are the ones who actually engage and seem the happiest. The hotel currently has work on site for future developments. The overall score would be about 7 out of 10 but could with a few improvements could increase.

Bom, mas a precisar de alguns cuidados, o chão do wc precisa de ser melhorado o piso não é impermeável e está danificado pela humidade. Pequeno almoço fraquinho e com pouca opção. Não tinham espreguiçadeiras suficientes na piscina para o número de hóspedes, tivemos que ficar nos sofás.

O hotel esta muito bem localizado numa zona calma. Não nos informaram à chegada nem o horário do check out nem o horário do pequeno-almoço o que levou a que quando chegamos de manhã para o tomar tivemos de aguardar por não estar marcado. Nada a apontar do pequeno-almoço em si porque é muito bom. Os quartos deviam ter um aviso de que a agua da torneira não é potável visto que em toda a estadia saiu meio acastanhada. Tem padel e bicicletas de uso gratuito, muito simpático. As fotos do hotel em diversas plataformas e no site oficial sugerem cavalos e outros animais, na chegada foi nos dito que não tinham. As espreguiçadeiras da piscina estão disponíveis apenas na altura do verão, não faz sentido visto que a piscina supostamente esta a funcionamento o ano inteiro. Os quartos são bons e espaçosos. Apesar de colocarem um “mimo” no quarto para os caes, achamos caro 25€ por noite.

Estivemos uma noite para comemorar o nosso Aniversário de Casamento Na qual pedi Pacote Romântico e disseram que inclui Espumante a 35€ na qual acho um valor exorbitante de romântico não teve nada. Em outros hotéis 4 Estrelas um Pacote romântico é algo com decoração como deve ser. Quartos não tem Robes, Máquina de Cafe ou Chaleira para Chá. Sem espreguiçadeiras junto À piscina. A comida do restaurante é boa e o atendimento em geral muito bom. Gostei mas não vou voltar. Hotel de 3 Estrelas

Tive no Sobreiras Alentejo Country Hotel - By Unlock Hotels em dezembro de 2024. Pontos Positivos: Comida: A qualidade da comida foi excelente, com pratos bem preparados e saborosos. Vista: A vista do hotel é simplesmente deslumbrante, proporcionando um ambiente relaxante e agradável. Simpatia do Staff: O pessoal do hotel foi muito simpático e acolhedor, sempre prontos para ajudar. Oportunidades de Melhoria: Quarto Sujo: Infelizmente, encontrei os cortinados do quarto sujos (ver fotografias). Reclamei na receção, mas não houve nenhuma ação para resolver o problema. Para o valor que pedem deveria ter mais atenção. Pouco Staff nas Refeições: Durante as refeições, notei que havia poucos funcionários, o que afetou o serviço. Pequeno Almoço: No pequeno almoço, faltavam pratos e copos, e mesmo com poucas pessoas, demoravam muito a repor os itens necessários. Manutenção: O hotel é sem dúvida bonito e está bem decorado mas com a utilização nota-se que há pouca manutenção na infraestrutura. (chão preto nos quartos devido à humidade, rodapés cheios de marcas (sala de refeições).

Hôtel plus proche d un 2/3 étoiles low cost que d un 4 étoile . Dommage car l emplacement est superbe . Chambre spacieuse mais non entretenue ( peinture écaillée , wc qui fuit …)salle à manger bien trop petite ( un matin au petit déjeuner nous étions 40 personnes dans 70 mètre carré plus le buffet )et bruyante , pas de possibilité de manger dehors sans se faire dévorer par les guêpes . Pas ou peu d isolation phonique entre les chambres , rideau taché de crottes de mouche ou déchiré .et surtout très peu de services . Attention si vous voulez la demi pension , c est le même menu tous les jours , le cuisinier apparement n est pas capable de faire autre chose ! C est vraiment le pire 4 étoiles de tous nos voyages . Encore heureux que le paysage était beau !

Villas muito bonitas e confortáveis. Serviço de limpeza todos os dias. Falta a cozinha estar melhor equipada. faltava maquina de cafe e cafe. Equipa simpatica e prestável. Optimo para ferias em familia. Recomendo ter chapéus de praia para guests.
