Dieses Hotel ist super sauber und gepflegt, der Poolbereich war sauber und ich habe mich beim Schwimmen wohl gefühlt. Das Einchecken war super einfach, danke!

Was here for baseball tournament so this was where we had to stay. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Definitely some of the kindest people. However, they are understaffed and at times there is only one employee. So, that can make it a challenge if you need any type of assistance. The shared areas of the hotel such as hallways and lobby are not air conditioned and were extremely warm. We tried to hang out downstairs while our kids swam and it was unbearable. The warm halls mean the rooms are constantly battling to stay cool. The included breakfast was extremely limited and the warm options were inedible. The room definitely needed some maintenance. Overall, if you have to stay here, you’ll be ok. Just would never be my first choice. And definitely feel it was way over priced.

Das ist schönes Hotel auf schöner Lage. Zimmer sind schön und wandelbar vom Fluss, Auf der anderen Straße ist ein Grand Rapids eines der ältesten Gebäude und es ist schön. Es gab eine kleine Misskommunikation während unseres Einchecks. Wir wurden gesagt, dass das Frühstückszeiten von 7-10am liegt, aber als wir um 9:10 zum Frühstück erreichten, waren sie bereits geschlossen und Reinigungsrestaurant. Es waren rund 5-7 Familien, die nach 9 zum Frühstück kamen. Aber das Restaurant gab Brot, Obst, Butter, Jams, Kaffee, so dass wir Frühstück hatten. Andere als alles war perfekt.

Der Pool ist klein im Gegensatz zu den Bildern. Es gab nicht genug Handtücher im Zimmer (sagte, sie würden nicht schicken und nie getan) und Einrichtungen wie Shampoo waren klein. Dann konnten wir nicht in unser Zimmer kommen, weil die Batterie niedrig war. Wir warten 10 Minuten im Halle, nachdem das Front Desk das bis ein sehr schöner Wartungsmann es aufgestellt hat. Frühstück ist nicht enthalten. Der Hügel auf der Badezimmertür wurde gebrochen und durch ein Draht hängen. Der Klimaanlage explodiert direkt auf Ihr Bett. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Es gibt kein Kleenex und unzureichendes Toilettenpapier. Ich hasse meist nicht an Orten, aber für das, was wir gezahlt haben - übersteigen sogar Preise in CA - es war traurig. Zwei Sterne für einen schönen Shuttleservice und einen schönen Service im Bar. Bitte bleiben Sie nicht hier, wenn Sie es helfen können.

I'm a Bonvoy Silver Elite member and have stayed at many of the Marriott umbrella hotels around the world. This is our fourth visit to this Residence Inn in the last 2 years. My son (14) and I stay while he works with basketball trainers locally for 1 or 2 weeks at a time. We have stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and 2 bedroom suite with full fridge, oven, induction cooktops. dishwasher, coin-op laundry and fully stocked kitchen. We cook almost all of our meals in the room. The staff are warm, friendly, responsive, hardworking and kind. If you need something for the kitchen, they are happy to make it right. The front desk will hold delivered packages and food delivery apps work well. Because of the Residence Inn location and staff, every trip to Grandville is smooth and easy. Grand Rapids airport is 25 minutes away, supermarkets, department stores and restaurants are very close. The rates are relatively inexpensive and I think an excellent value. Though the property is not perfect, it is well maintained and the staff clearly work hard and take pride in what they do. The elevator was working during our visit. We will be back again in March 2025.

Once I adjusted my expectations (we're Marriott Titanium, so we are used to a different standard), Comfort Inn was acceptable for a stay to play baseball tournament, especially given the relatively low cost. That said, it appears to host a lot of teams, which can be quite noisy. If staying on a summer weekend, you may want to confirm the hotel isn't filled with teams. Breakfast was limited, just eggs, sausage, waffles, and a few continental items. Our room (205) was musty and very moist. Nothing dried. Even things that didn't get wet were damp after three days in the room. By the end of a brief shower, you stood ankle deep in water, which then drained very slowly. The ”suite” is small. Do not book with more than three people. The pull-out was reasonably comfortable but too small for two people. My son's feet actually hung off the end. You can't get a rollaway because it's a fire hazard, so I don't see how they can actually let four people stay in the room. We bought an air mattress and created our own fire/tripping hazard. No room service for our three night stay, but I was able to get extra towels. It is conveniently located if traveling with a team. Go Karts/mini golf and a minor league stadium are a short walk away.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. Super clean, comfortable, and quiet (located away from noisy streets or highways). It's like-new with modern features, like a sliding bathroom door and walk-in shower. Lots of counterspace and space to set suitcases. Very cleverly designed kitchenette. A not-too-bright built-in nightlight in the bathroom was a perfect touch (since I had forgotten to pack mine). The breakfast was Way Better than your typical included breakfast. Pet friendly! Friendly staff that made us feel welcome and appreciated.
