Stayed two nights, the first night was no problem but the second night was full of issues. Came back to my room from work around 9:45 pm to no power in my room except for the bathroom. Called the front desk and said she will be there in a few minutes. 30 minutes later no show and called again and said maintenance was coming in a few minutes. An hour later went downstairs to ask about the maintenance and someone else was there and said they didn't know when maintenance would arrive. I asked if I could get another room but was hesitant to do so because maintenance has already been called. Waited in the lobby for another 45 minutes, no maintenance person. At this point I was frustrated and asked again for another room and got the key only to get a key to a room that was already occupied and walked in on another guest. Went back downstairs and told them what happened and got another room. Got my belongings and moved to the other room and returned the key to the old room. Never saw maintenance through the two and half hour ordeal.
