This was our second time at this place and enjoyed it very much. The place was very clean and had comfortable beds and a new couch with pull out bed. Convenient to many dining options and a short ride to the beach or walk out to the pier.

Fall Fun Our family enjoys Grand Haven in the fall. This is our 5th year at the penthouse. The view and the location are both great! There's plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the weekend!

Wedding Week We were in town for my son’s wedding. This location was so close to everything. We were nice and centrally located. The penthouse is beautiful and has so much room and beautiful views from the third floor windows and balcony.

Right There Downtown We enjoyed our downtown penthouse. The view from the upper balcony was fantastic. The condo was well appointed and clean. The location was right in the heart of Grand Haven, with easy walking to the pier, restaurants, a brewpub and much more. If you have mobility issues, consider the stairs between floors...we are 70 and had no problems, but if you have mobility issues, you may want to consider. Certainly the first floor has a very nice bedroom and bath, but to get to the other bedrooms. it is a bit of stairs. Very sturdy.
