Wenn ich dieses Hotel schätzen könnte, würde ich! Wenn ich ein Hotel wählt, mache ich eine extreme Menge Forschung und sah die locale hatte großartige Bewertungen und jetzt sehe ich warum. Dieses Hotel war erstaunlich ! Bevor ich dorthin kam, war Chantelle sooo hilfreich per E-Mail. Jede Frage, die ich hatte, war sie da zu beantworten. Als ich das Zimmer angekommen war, war es groß, sauber und neu. Das Zusatz Frühstück war lecker. Der beste Teil war das Personal!!! Sie behandelten uns so gut, als hätten sie uns für immer kennengelernt. Es war mein Geburtstagswochenend und sie machten sie so besonders. Jedes Mal, wenn etwas spannendes auf unserer Reise passiert, liefen wir immer wieder zu ihnen, um ihnen die Geschichte zu erzählen, als sie sich wie Freunde fühlten. Ich möchte Ihnen einen riesigen Dank an die Schreibtisch-Personal liebe, Tyler, Aaron, Che, Paul und Natalie in der Hauspflege sagen. Dank für unsere erstaunliche Reise! Große Kayman war schön und das Hotel war fantastisch. Jeder sollte hier bleiben!! Ich werde 100% zurück!

Das Hotel ist sauber und schön und wird wieder bleiben. Ich mag das Frühstück und das Restaurant im Hotel.

Listen , I’ve read thru all the reviews and quite frankly , some of the low scoring ones aren’t really fair . I’ve been coming to GC for about a decade now . I’m titanium with Marriott / Ritz ., stayed both places more than once I’ve stayed at Kimpton, Westin, the condos at Caribbean Club ..etc . All of those places have had room issues at more than double the cost to stay , Ritz quadruple the cost per night. Staff issues run the gamut , as I could give you instances in all of those aforementioned places, with staff so out of touch and out of line , they should have been fired on the spot . The beach on 7 mile has very few spots to date , that are glistening and inviting like in the day . Recent storms and erosion have altered it in many stretches , so it’s not exactly stellar . The GC and HI are what they are . They don’t advertise as high end nor do they compete for that market segment . The rooms and 2 bedroom villas in both places are adequate, and the staff , minus a rogue employee , work with the amenities and property at large . 3 star properties , give you just that , occasionally above that in service and view . I chose to stay at both because I don’t care about jumping in the ocean or the need for Ferragamo toiletries , down pillows and Frette bedding . That’s not why I select these properties . I’m fortunate to be able to include nice things in my daily life so coming to GC is about the chill , vibe and the people I’ve come to know . There is a simple shuttle to get you onto the beach , plenty of beautiful views and the bar and restaurant are fun and equal to a good Neighborhood hang out . If your soending un
