"Sehr gut gelegen 20 Minuten von Los Coloraes und der Wüste von Tabernas. Isoliert, unbedingt notwendiges Auto. Neues und modernes, guter Stand. Sehr nett Personal, sehr gut Frühstück.
Leider haben wir wegen der Wärme im Zimmer und des nicht funktionierenden Klimas sehr schlecht geschlafen. Als wir das Fenster öffnen, hat ein Vierfaches Quelle die ganze Nacht ein Helm geräusch gemacht."

Die Rezeption ist super schön, ein Mädchen namens Claudia bot mir eine Karte, als ich am ersten Tag checkte! Der Ort hat eine super gute Lage, sehr nahe von vielen berühmten Kirchen, Spaziergang oder Reisen für den Aufenthalt 3-5 Tage ist völlig genug!

"Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieses Hotels ist recht gut, die Lage im Stadtzentrum ist sehr gut und das Parken ist praktisch. Allerdings ist das Gelände des gesamten Hotels etwas kompliziert und mehrere Aufzüge. Wenn Sie nicht den richtigen nehmen, können Sie möglicherweise nicht zu Ihrem Zimmer gelangen. Viele Aufzüge werden noch gewartet und Sie müssen Ihr Gepäck möglicherweise lange schleppen, um einen funktionierenden zu finden Aufzug😂. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind relativ alt und die Zimmergröße und Hygiene sind in Ordnung, aber das Fenster liegt im Grunde gegenüber den Häusern anderer Leute und es gibt nicht viel Landschaft zu sehen. Auch die Service-Einstellung war sehr durchschnittlich. Als wir eincheckten, wurde uns das falsche Zimmer zugewiesen. Als wir es später ändern wollten, weigerte sich das Servicepersonal, es zuzulassen. Nach langem Streit wurde das Zimmer gewechselt ohne jegliche Entschuldigung."

Wunderbar
LLimEin sehr kleines Hotel mit 22 Zimmern. Ihre Aufmerksamkeit konzentriert sich auf die Qualität der Lieferung und den Service. Die Zimmer wurden mit den besten Ausrüstungen und Materialien renoviert. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr kompakt und kann nicht mit größeren Hotels verglichen werden. Insgesamt war es immer noch eine schöne Erfahrung, die ich zurückkehren werde, wenn wir wählen, nach Granada zurückzukehren.

CCameo19I arrived early, but the welcome from the check-in staff was very warm, and the one lady with the green dress, whose name I can’t recall, was super helpful and friendly, making the overall experience much more enjoyable. The hotel was wonderful, located opposite the Alhambra, and perfect for visiting the prime tourist attraction. It’s 12-15 minutes walk into the centre, so not far, however the walk back is slightly uphill and may prove challenging for some, fortunately buses regularly pass through so not an issue. Breakfast was lovely with some really good options. Room was a good size, modern and very comfortable. Additionally, each evening staff drop off a small pack of candy, which is nice. Many pros, but couple of cons: not many restaurants near by, as most are located in the centre, and as a lone female, walking back through the park from the centre feels a little eerie after dark, so best to get taxi/bus back.
Pool is small and not heated, not an issue for me though. Overall, an excellent choice.

UUgo EverywhereNice place, super well located. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and service was good. The main improvement I saw was that the garbage in the kitchen were always full so changing them more often would make a big difference in terms of cleanliness.

GGastnutzerThe overall experience, from check-in and parking to checkout, was excellent—everything was well-organized, clean, friendly, and prompt. However, the breakfast left much to be desired. The coffee was disappointing, possibly due to sweetened or powdered milk in the coffee machine, making it undrinkable. The selection of vegetables was limited to sliced tomatoes, and the mushrooms didn’t seem freshly cooked. The traditional potato egg omelet was overly salty, and there were no soups or porridge or salad or fish available. We were glad we didn’t book breakfast for the entire stay. It is not a 4 * Hotel breakfast. The staff at the breakfast was very attentive though

GGastnutzerI am writing this review based on a message sent by the hotel through the trip.com platform (which is ok) and a ”satisfaction survey” email message sent directly to my email address despite of my explicitly expressed disagreement for receiving unsolicited marketing communication at the time of the check-in (which is not ok).
The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. There are lot of free parking spaces on the street which is very convenient. The area is calm and quiet. Rooms are clean, but the soundproofing is not as good as they pretend. Since rooms are just meters away from the reception and the entrance of the cafe, in the mornings the noise is disturbing.
I would recommend the hotel with the expectation they will take the more seriously the requests for opting out of marketing information.

FFrancheska UrriquiaWe had a good stay in the hotel. It’s very near to the train station, around 4-6 mins walk. The staff is also very accommodating and nice. On our check in day we were greeted by this male reception, he was nice and he helped us typed out a letter to state our time of arrival in the hotel as we had our luggage delivered after being lost during our Vueling flight from London to Malaga and our insurance company was asking for it due to some claims. The staff also assisted me in calling Vueling using their phone a few times, thank you.
The rooms were nice too and it’s very spacious. They had a gym and spa, we enjoyed using both. There ha a bus stop outside the hotel, about 5 mins ride to the Cathedral and if you choose to walk, it’s about 20 min. Lots of eating places around the hotel too.
Highly recommended for your stay in Granada. ☺️

GGastnutzerLocation — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher.
Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating.
Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes.
Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.

GGastnutzerThis Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain.

PPabloNa ja, schönes Hotel nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, ich konnte den Pool nicht genießen, der geschlossen war, aber draußen waren es schöne 30 Grad, ich konnte auch nicht das Frühstück genießen, also kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Eine Verbesserung wäre, eine Art Ventilator im Badezimmer zu installieren und die Internetverbindung zu verbessern, die sehr schlecht war. Sehr bequemes Bett mit Pikolin, sehr geräumige Zimmer.
