Tolles Stadthotel mit einem für spanische Verhältnisse sehr ordentlichem Frühstück

Rooms a bit small but overall ok.

場所はとても便利です。 お部屋はオシャレなインテリアで落ち着きます。朝ご飯はつけませんでしたが、屋上テラスでクロワッサンとフリーコーヒーがいただけます。 シャワーのお湯は勢いがあまりなく、熱くなるのに時間がかかるのと、熱いか冷たいかでなかなか調整するのが難しいです。 エアコンが室内にありますが、どうやらセントラルヒーティングのもよう。つけても暖かくなりません。 コンシェルジュがとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。が、一人しかいない時間もありました。基本的にはwhat'supでコンタクトするようなので、準備するとよいです。

ロケーションは市内中心部に位置しているので、各方面へのアクセスが良好です。部屋はエアコンが使えず寒かったです。トイレの排水の問題か、常に水が流れっぱなしで、少しうるさかったです。アメニティは充実しています。5階のラウンジでは、チェックイン後、22時まで無料でコーヒが飲めます。テラスもあり、夜景が綺麗です。

清潔感があってよかったです。ウェルカムドリンクのチケットをいただきました。近くにスーパーもありよかったです。

Perfect hotel in Granada -- very eco-friendly, superior bedding, lovely bath towels, very quiet, walking distance to the Cathedral, easy taxi ride to the Alhambra. Lovely staff.

Not a good experience. Check-in was slow and tedious till I got to the room. I had some issues that they didn't fix like the toilet lid. It was loose. Cleanness is not a strength of this hotel. They left dirty cups and glasses after cleaning the room. Bed is a nightmare! The sheets are no longer enough to fit under the mattress so it is very uncomfortable. Also, they are very thing to be a hotel 4-star quality sheet and the duvet is falling slowly to the feet and you have to fix it every time you move at night. Not pleasant at all. I felt a bit insecure there because stuff didn't control the access of people at the entrance. They only greeted us in the morning when we left the premises not when we came back and so on. Even after I asked for a quiet room during the check-in process and having plenty available I ended with the one under a supermarket and closest to the street. A good point of this hotel is the location.

Lovely hotel, great room and helpful staff. Only minor disappointment was that there is no bar in the hotel - however plenty within a3 min walk! Also, as it's in the heart of the city there was a bit of city noise, especially at the weekend. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is right in the center of town and less than a mile from Alhambra--very convenient. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

While we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, coming home I discovered that the hotel was paid 2-3x times for room/services - 1 by *******, 2 by charging our credit cards again and 3rd by charing EU debit card... I am seriously upset about being charged so many times when it should have all be covered under Expedia's initial charge for reservation.

We had a great stay here. Breakfast was amazing and appreciated allowing us to stay as long as we needed. Thank you for wonderful hospitality!
