We realized this is the low end of this growing chain of hotels in the city. Upon entering the lobby is freshly decorated and the staff was polite but things got worse as our days continued. We were waiting in the lobby for our ride when a young man approached us about a discount for looking at their newest property. Now, I'd understand this except for the fact that this property is in need of care. Our bedroom had broken lights, drapes that did not close all the way, a shower that the floor needed repair on, and a room that was in general need of a redo. I went to breakfast and discovered the bee hive where our young man selling the new property came from. As I was chased down the hall by another young man trying to sell me another visit to thier showroom, I managed to get by but decided to skip breakfast not wanting to be engaged a third time by the gang that has base camp outside the dining room. How unpleasant. Worst of all, there is a separate beauty shop in the lobby. My wife needed to get her nails done. She made an appointment letting them know she was a hotel guest. Thier system was down as she booked for the next morning. As you can guess, they had no recollection or record of the appointment and told my wife they were booked solid. When my wife asked to see the owner or manager, she was unavailable but, the girl who booked her appointment appeared. In a wave and com'on, she begrudgingly attempted to take my wife back to do her nails. My wife said, ”not like that I'm not going without even an apology or sorry.” The front desk of this hotel, when asked about a restaurant recommendation, looking confused said, ”oh, a place to eat, uhmmmm, I guess I could look and see.” Well done! I guess we won't be back and we certainly won't be booking at your biggest and newest. We needed a place to get our work done and you provided a slop house with your sales people running around bothering everyone at a hotel you run in need of repairs and remodeling. Well done! If you Google, ”great sales techniques,” you'll find under what not to do, this entire hotel as an example including business you allow to mistreat your guests. There are plenty of places to stay in Gramado, pass on this one and the partner chain hotels unless they are the only one left. The good reviews are apperantly from when closer to the time the hotel was built. Build em and abandon them! Excellent strategy folks.

Atendimento de excelência, instalações e café da manhã ótimos. O hotel está de parabéns. Faço um elogio especial a funcionária do hotel que organiza o café da manhã. Não gravei o nome dela, mas ela é maravilhosa, sempre atenciosa, solicita e agradável. Minha experiência no hotel foi excelente.

O hotel é muito bom, nada reclamar da hospedagem em si. Porém, no check out, fui cobrado cerca de 149 reais de taxas de serviços que não estavam explícitas por ocasião da reserva, na plataforma informava o valor de 8,47 como despesa a ser paga no hotel, sem contar que as contas não bateram, uma vez que o valor da NF está cerca de 74 a menos do que paguei no total. Então, apesar do hotel ser excelente, fiquei com a sensação de ter sido enganado. Na minha humilde opinião faltou transparência, seja do hotel ou da plataforma.

The very big and real problem with Hotel Valle D'Incanto is very simple to understand if you put this problem into the correct content. Think of the best moments of your first great love. And how both, nothing else can ever compare favorably, and you find your mind wandering back to magic moments from time to time. I have been to hotels on nearly every continent in nearly every famous city you can think of. Hotel Valle D'Incanto has left an indelible impression that can not be forgotten. Ever. The amount of time and care that has gone into the details of the whole experience, from the stately elegance of the gate that greets you on arrival, to the way the thoughtfully placed recessed lighting creates artful architecture out of shadows, is somehow exceed by the esprit de corp of the delightful people working there, who would better be described as good friends you have not seen for quite some time, as opposed to even the best trained staff. I expect it will be not only a place I will visit as often as I am able, but that I will hear delightful stories of my children visiting as well. It is more home than hotel. That is the essence of the magic of this place.

Ich habe mit meiner Familie im Hotel Sky Valle in 03/02/2024 gehostet, das Hotel verfügt über alte und ununterhaltsfreie Einrichtungen, die es nicht möglich machen, z.B. durch die Gärten zu fahren. Der Pool und das Jacuzzi auf der Hotelseite enthalten nicht die Anzahl der Gäste, ohne zu rechnen mit der mangelnden Hygiene, Jacuzzi war einfach verrückt, schmutziges Wasser, und es wurde nicht getan, das Badwasser von den Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstück war ok, aber weit unter dem erwarteten, wir hatten bereits andere Hotels im Netz mit spektakulärem Frühstück genutzt, dieses Hotel hat viel zu wünschen übrig. Ein anderes Problem war, dass wir in einem Zimmer waren, das eine Verbindungstür hatte, das Lärm war unerträglich für die Gäste, die nebeneinander waren und kleine Kinder schrieen, akustische Isolierung Null bis zum Lärm. Wir hörten von der Toilette, die Toilette in unserem Zimmer, die zu laufen war, war auf dem Bremsen und war fast unmöglich zu schließen, und unser Sohn ist ein Jugendlicher, der zu einem Mangel an Privatsphäre führt. Nós tínhamos reservas feitas há algum tempo, em outro hotel, que por conta das fortes chuvas que atingiram a cidade, ficou sem luz e só soubemos disso depois de chegar no local, depois de viajar por muitas horas, com duas crianças! O que era para ser um pesadelo, tornou nossa viagem ainda melhor, pois chegamos até vocês... Sehr schönes, gut gelegenes und leicht zugängliches Hotel. Innenraum angenehm, thermisch Pool war unglaublich. Akademie und Sauna waren auch die Unterschiede. Unglaubliche Erfahrung.

Ein warmes Empfangs- und ein komfortables Zimmer. Aber für meine Überraschung wurde bei der Auscheckung ein zusätzlicher Wert von R$ 17,84 als ”Servicegebühr” erhoben. Nach dem Empfang wurde berichtet, dass der Tagesgeld im Hotelsystem nicht R$ 204,41, sondern einen geringeren Wert von R$ 17,84 war. Auf meiner Kreditkarte wird der Wert von R$ 205,19 (Kartenrechnung) + R$ 2,46 (tx Reisen auf der Rezeption bezahlt = korrekt) gezahlt. Am Ende des Tages ist mit dem Preis von R$ 205,19 + R$ 2,46 + R$ 17,84 = R$ 225,49! Klarere Informationen über die Tagespreise auf der Website der Trip.com. R$ 17,84 könnte zurückgezahlt/ abgesandt werden.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal für die besten Gäste, vor allem bei der Ein-/Auscheckung. Das Restaurant serviert einen sehr guten Frühstücksbuffet. Auf den anderen Zeitplänen gibt es verschiedene Optionen auf dem Kardap für Mittagessen, Mittagessen oder Abendessen. Saubere/hygienische Unterkunft mit Esmer. Garage mit Manobrist, falls erforderlich.
