Sherry Shanahan IS THE BEST PERSON I HAVE EVER HAD AT A PLACE I HAVE STAYED. She went above and beyond to help me and make my stay first class. I am truly blessed to have met her and get to experience what real customer service is. She should be recognized for her hard work and dedication to making sure my stay was first class. Also Eric that came and spoke to our car group and explained the history of location it was amazing to find out the true story of the lodge and the grounds. He needs to make that into a book or video it is truly that awesome. Thank you Eric and Sherry"
