Check-in und Check-out waren sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Die Bettenqualität war sehr gut. Mir hätte eine reine Dusche statt Dusche in der Badewanne besser gefallen. Es gibt ausreichend Gratis-Parkmöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel. Das Gratis-WLAN ist schnell und funktioniert zuverlässig. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl, und die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen ist gut. Negativ ist die Verwendung von Wegwerfgeschirr und -besteck. Das ist nicht sehr umweltfreundlich und einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Wir haben den Indoor-Pool und den Whirlpool nicht genutzt. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage für Wanderungen im White Mountain National Forest und im Franconia Notch State Park. Viele Ausgangspunkte für Wanderungen sind innerhalb von 10 - 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
