Very conveniently situated a 3-minute drive from Trieste Airport/train station and a taxi fare to the accommodation costs around 12-15 euro. The train journey in to Venice train station takes about 90 minutes We stayed here for one night before getting the train from Trieste airport to travel to Venice to catch our flight back home, The accommodation is a three-bedroom building situated a short distance from the working farm that breeds delightful horses. We were met by a lady who informed us that the person from the farm would arrive shortly. Danelle did indeed arrive in a few minutes and was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is excellent - our room - the Halinger was very spacious with a huge en-suite, great lighting and a very comfortable bed. We opted to have a light breakfast as we needed to leave early for the train journey. Danelle left juice water yogurt and croissants and there are also tea and coffee-making facilities in the hallway. You do have the option of a more substantial breakfast at the farmhouse. This accommodation is just a very short distance from the road with ample car parking facilities on site. We would have liked to have longer to stay to have a walk around and see the beautiful horses.
